ACCOUNT
Thank you for choosing Ariston Net, the system designed and manufactured by Ariston to provide a whole new experience in using a domestic heating and hot water system.
CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

Select “Create account”

Fill the required fields and save.
You will receive an email at the address entered. -
Open the email and click the confirmation link.
WI-FI CONNECTION AND PRODUCT REGISTRATION
Wi-Fi connection and product registration
Hold the AP button down for at least 5 seconds until the WEB LED starts
flashing green. After no more than 40 seconds, the gateway will create a new
Wi-Fi network which will remain active for 10 minutes, after which the
procedure must be repeated.
ATTENTION
The product only connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. 5 GHz networks are not
supported
- If both are present, be sure to select the 2.4 GHz network.
- If the smartphone disconnects from the product, check in the Wi-Fi settings that automatic network selection is disabled.
INTERNET CONNECTION AND REGISTRATION
The procedure of the first part differs between Apple and Android, and then it
comes back.
Use your account to access the application. To answer the first question (Fig. 4) , look on the product screen. If indicates “AP HK” or “compatible with Apple HomeKit”, answer YES. Otherwise, answer NO.

Follow the procedure for the smartphone which automatically enters the
application in point 8. (Fig. 8)

The application will guide you through manual selection of the accessory to
configure (Fig. 5 ). Select “Remote GW thermo” and return to the
application. Select the Wi-Fi network (Fig. 7). Enter the password to
access product registration (Fig. 8). Press YES.

- Use your account to access the application.
- The app automatically searches for your product (Fig. 6).
- After few seconds, the application connects to the product and asks to select the Wi-Fi network. Enter the password (Fig. 7).
- While connecting the product, register by selecting YES (Fig. 8)

Press the magnifying glass (Fig. 9) to enter the correct address.
WARNING:
some services depend on it!
If you are not satisfied with the result, drag the cursor to the exact position and enter the address in “address”.
Pick a name for your heating system (Fig. 10) and you’re done! (Fig. 11)

your zones setting temperatures and modes. Check the message at the bottom of
the page, it shows the most relevant message for the state of the system.
The new application offers increased usability as well as powerful capabilities to meet the usage requirements of basic and advanced users.
- Check your energy usage in the year, month or day view to understand in depth how and when your product is working. Energy advice will help you to learn how to save!
- Appliance page shows you the pressure and the real time state of the boiler.
- You’re not alone at home? Add new guests to let them control the boiler from their own smartphone.
