Smart Connected Services (SCS) – Adding Contacts
Smart Connected Services (SCS) is a feature offered to the customers of Unity Lab Services. It allows customers to monitor, manage and optimize their lab equipment remotely. To use this feature, customers need to add their contacts to the SCS dashboard. This enables the SCS system to provide alerts, notifications, and other updates to the customer’s contacts.
Product Usage Instructions
Adding Contacts for SCS
- Log in to your Unity Lab Services account.
- Click on the equipment you want to add contacts for.
- Click on the SCS dropdown menu and select “Contact Page”.
- Click on “Edit Info” to activate the fields for editing.
- Edit the fields with your contact information, such as name, email, phone number, etc.
- Click “Save” to save your changes.
- Your contacts have been successfully added to the SCS dashboard.
Note: Make sure to keep your contact information up-to-date to ensure that you receive timely alerts and notifications from the SCS system.

Adding Contacts for SCS
- Click on the Piece of equipment you are wanting to add the contacts too.
- Then click on SCS dropdown and choose Contact Page
- Then Click Edit Info, this will activate the fields to that they can be edited.
- Edit the fields and press Save.
