AIMO D1 Fingerprint Door Lock User Guide

Quick Settings

The default administrator password is 123456, which can be changed prior to programming.

The LED light will flash in red when setting fails.

Change Programming code

Remark: User Code should be 4-9 digits in length. And you need to enter the new password again to confirm.

Detect Left/Right Hand Door  Installation

Remark: Please Detect 1(Left)/2(Right) Direction before initial setup or once default settings are restored. Leave lock unlocked while programming.

Remark: User Code should be 4-9 digits in length. And you need to enter the new password again to confirm.

Add New Fingerprint

Remark: After the green light flashes twice and the fingerprint is recorded successfully, you can continue to record multiple fingerprints.

Status display indication description

Factory reset:| The lights of switch lock button and fingerprint head are always on and in red color. The lights of switch lock button and fingerprint light will be on and in green color in 5s and the buzzer will give out a sound for once. The lights of switch lock button and fingerprint head light will be on and in blue color and the buzzer will give out a sound in 1s.

Low battery error:| The switch lock key will flash in red for 4 times, the fingerprint head red light will be normally on, and the buzzer will give out a sound for 4 times synchronously with 4 sounds in each time within 1s.
Password entered successfully:| The fingerprint head light and the switch lock key will be normally on in green and then off and the buzzer will play unlocking sound synchronously within 1s.
Password entered incorrectly:| The fingerprint head red light will be normally on, the switch lock key red light will flash for 4 times and the buzzer will ring for twice within 1s.
Waiting for entering a command or password ：| The blue light of fingerprint head light will be normally on, the blue light of switch lock key will flash for 10 times and the buzzer does not act within 10s.

Mode definition

1. Administrator password
   a. Programming and function settings are required. The administrator password can be used to unlock the doors in vacation mode. The default administrator password needs changing prior to programming.
   b. The Owner/Manager shall keep this information confidential.

2. Auto-lock
   The latch will lock automatically after unlocking for 10 s. This function is enabled by default. You can set automatic locking delay time to 05 to 59 s.

3. Password error
   The device will be disabled for 1 min after entering an invalid PIN code for five times (the LED light will flash in red).

4. Mute mode
   The beep sound while pressing the keypad can be muted.

5. Temporary password
   Temporary password will be erased automatically after use for once

6. Spy-proof password
   Users may prevent strangers from exposing the pin code by entering a random number before or after the pin code. (Max. digits of dummy password: 16)
   

7. DND mode
   Press and hold “Deadlock” button for 3s to enable “DND mode”, which can be unlocked based on administrator’s password, key and internal lock rotary switch .All user codes and fingerprint passwords cannot be used for unblocking (the lock will be released from “DND mode” by the administrator’s password, key and internal lock rotary switch).

Guide on restoring factory settings

Change the initial administrator’s password soon after factory reset, because the door can be unlocked by the initial password and any fingerprint!

  Mode 1:

Step 1 Remove the battery.

Step 2 Press and hold the “Deadlock/Reset button” button and insert 4 AA batteries until the blue light of switch lock starts to flash and the fingerprint blue light breathes.

  Step 3

Enter “000 + , the green light will flash, which means successful resetting.

Mode 2:

Delete all user passwords, including the administrator password: Use a screwdriver to remove the internal components. Press and hold the reset button on the control anel for 5 S, the “beep” sound will be heard, the green light will flash, and the administrator code will be restored to the factory default code “123456”
