CRATES2GO 15x10x12 Plywood Shipping Crate
THANK YOU FOR YOUR RECENT CRATE PURCHASE. PLEASE REFER TO THE INSTRUCTIONS
BELOW FOR ASSEMBLING YOUR CRATE.
THESE TYPES OF CRATES HAVE WALLS THAT SLIDE TOGETHER WITH A SEPARATE TOP AND
BOTTOM.
NOTE: ALL CRATE PANELS HAVE PILOT HOLES FOR SCREWS. THESE HOLES MUST FACE
OUT FOR THE BEST RESULTS.
ASSEMBLING YOUR INTERLEAF CRATE
- STEP ONE. ASSEMBLE THE SIDE WALLS FIRST BY SLIDING THEM TOGETHER AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGE BELOW. THIS WILL CREATE A PERIMETER.
- STEP TWO. PLACE AN END PANEL ON TOP OF THE SIDE WALL PERIMETER. MAKE SURE THE PILOT HOLES ON THE END PANEL FACE OUTWARD.
- STEP THREE. ATTACH THE END PANEL TO THE SIDE WALLS USING THE SCREWS PROVIDED.
INTERLEAF CRATES ARE DESIGNED SO THAT THE TOP END PANEL FITS ONE SIDE OF THE
VERTICAL TABS PROTRUDING FROM THE SIDE PANELS AND THE BOTTOM END PANEL FITS
THE OTHER SIDE UNIQUELY.
YOUR INTERLEAF CRATE IS NOW READY TO BE FILLED. ONCE IT IS PACKED, ATTACH THE
REMAINING PANEL USING THE SCREWS PROVIDED.
CAUTION: CRATES MAY HAVE SPLINTERS. WORK GLOVES ARE ADVISED.
SCREWS ARE THE PREFERRED METHOD OF BUILDING YOUR CRATE. NAILS CAN BE
SUBSTITUTED BUT NOT ADVISED. HOWEVER, AVOID STAPLES.
