Initial Operation

  • Open the clock battery compartment cover
  • Insert 2 x AAA batteries observing polarity [ “+” and “-” marks]
  • When inserting the batteries, all the icons on the LCD will briefly light up for 3 seconds, and you will hear a beep tone. At the same time, the clock will get into the working mode.

Reception of the Radio signal

  • The clock automatically starts from the WWVB signal searching radio signals in 7 minutes after any restart or new battery replacement. The radio mast icon starts to flash.
  • At 1:00 /2:00 / 3:00 am, the clock automatically carries out the synchronization procedure with the WWVB signal to correct any deviations to the exact time. If this synchronization attempt is unsuccessful (the radio mast icon disappears from the display), the system will automatically attempt another synchronization at the next full hour. This procedure is repeated automatically up to a total of 5 times.
  • To start manual WWVB signal reception, press the [ ] button once. If no signals are received within 7 minutes, then the WWVB signal search stops (the radio mast icon disappears) and starts again at the next full hour.
  • During RCC reception, to stop searching the radio signal, press the [ ] button for more than 2 seconds.

F.Y.I.

  • A flashing radio mast icon indicates that the WWVB signal reception has started
  • A continuously displayed radio mast icon indicates that the WWVB signal was received successfully
  • The symbol [ DST ] indicates the time of receipt for daylight saving time.
  • We recommend a minimum distance of 2.5 meters to all sources of interference, such as televisions or computer monitors
  • Radio reception is weaker in rooms with concrete walls (e.g.: in cellars) and in offices. In such extreme circumstances, place the system close to the window.
  • During the WWVB radio receive mode, only the [ ] button and [ ] touch position take effect, other button operations do not work. If you want to use other functions of buttons, please press the [ ] button to exit the WWVB radio receive mode.

Manual Time Setting

  • Press the [ ] button to change the time displayed in a 12-hour or 24-hour format.
  • Press and hold down the [ ] button for 2 seconds, the Button BEEP Sound Settings: ON or OFF, now use [ ] and [ ] buttons to set BEEP in ON or OFF.
  • Press [ ] to confirm your setting, and the Time zones start to flash, now use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the correct time zone ( AST / EST / CST / MST/ PST/ AKT / HAT).
  • Press [ ] to confirm your setting, and the DST icon display starts to flash, now use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the DST function to activate(ON) or close(OFF)
  • Press [ ] to confirm your setting and the Hour display starts to flash, now use [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the correct hour.
  • Press [ ] to confirm your setting, and the Minute display starts to flash, now use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the correct minute.
  • Press [ ] to confirm your setting, and the Year display 2019 starts to flash, now use [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the correct year.
  • Press the [ ] button to confirm your setting, the Month display starts to flash, now use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the correct month.
  • Press the [ ] button to confirm your setting, the Date display starts to flash, now use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the correct date.
  • Press the [ ] button to confirm your setting, and the language selection for the Weekday displays starts to flash, now use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to select a language.
  • Press [ ] to confirm your settings and to end the setting procedures, enter the clock mode.

F.Y.I

  • After 20 seconds without pressing any button, the clock switches automatically from Set Mode to Normal Time Mode.
  • There are 3 languages of Weekday: English, Franc; ais, Espanol.

  • The time zone must be set correctly according to the main unit area, or when the time signal is received, the time will be incorrect
  • When the Daylight saving time system is not implemented in this area, please set [ DST ] to OFF

Daily Alarms Setting

  • Press and hold down the [ ] button for more than 3 seconds until the Alarm 1 Time hour display of the Alarm 1 time starts to flash. Use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the required hour.
  • Press the [ ] button to confirm your setting, The Minute display of the Alarm 1 time starts to flash. Use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the required minute.
  • Press the [ ] button to confirm your setting, The Repeat icon “M-F” of the Alarm 1 time starts to flash. Use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the alarm repeat in “M-F” or “S-S” or “M-F” and “S-S”.
  • Press the [ ] button to confirm your setting, and the snooze time of the alarm starts to flash. Use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the minute of snooze you need.
  • Press the [ ] button to confirm your setting, The Hour display of the Alarm 2 time starts to flash. Use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the required hour.
  • Press the [ ] button to confirm your setting, The Minute display of the Alarm 2 time starts to flash. Use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the required minute.
  • Press the [ ] button to confirm your setting, The Repeat icon “S-S” of the Alarm 2 time starts to flash. Use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the alarm repeat in “M-F” or “S-S” or “M-F” and “S-S”.
  • Press the [ ] button to confirm your setting, and the snooze time of the Alarm2 starts to flash. Use the [ ] and [ ] buttons to set the minute of snooze you need.
  • Press the [ ] button to confirm your settings and to end the setting procedure.

  • The alarm is repeatedly set to M-F, the alarm function will be activated from Monday to Friday, the Saturday and Sunday will be invalid. The alarm is repeatedly set to S-S, and the alarm function will be activated on Saturday and Sunday and will expire from Monday to Friday. When the alarm is repeatedly set to display both M-F and S-S, the alarm function will be activated throughout the week.
  • the snooze time setting range: is 5 ~ 60MIN, OFF, when set to OFF, means no snooze function. The snooze time unit is minutes.
  • After 20 seconds without pressing any button the clock switches automatically from setting mode to Normal clock mode.

Turn ON/OFF Alarms

  • Press [ ] button can switch the display ALARMl time or ALARM2 time, in the ALARMl or ALARM2 display mode, press the [ ] button to turn the alarm ON/ OFF.
  • When the ALARMl or ALARM2 is turned on, the [ ] or [ ] icon is displayed. The ALARMl or ALARM2 function is open, The repeat of alarm icon at the same time is also displayed.
  • When the ALARMl or ALARM2 is turned off, the [ ] or [ ] icon disappears, the ALARMl or ALARM2 function is close.

F.Y.I

  • The alarm will sound for 2 minutes if you do not deactivate it by pressing any button. In this case the alarm will be repeated automatically after 24 hours.
  • Rising alarm sound (crescendo, duration: 2 minutes) changes the volume 4 times whilst the alarm signal is heard.

Switching OFF the Alarm Signal

  • The alarm sound when the trigger, press any button buttons or touch the [ ] character position and hold for more than 2 seconds to stop the alarm signal.

Snooze Function

  • When the time is up to the alarm, touch the [ ] character position, the alarm signal stops, and enter the SNOOZE mode. After the snooze time is counted, the alarm will ring again.
  • In snooze mode, press any button buttons or touch the [ ] character position and hold for more than 2 seconds to exit the snooze mode.

F.Y.I

  • When the snooze function is set to OFF, when the time is up to the alarm, touch the [ ] character position does not have this snooze function.

Temperature & Humidity Detection

  • Temperature measuring range: +14″F (-9.9″C) ~ +122″F (+S0″C), LL.L 0 C(°F) will displayed if value lower than +14″F (-9.9″C), HH.H 0 C(°F) will displayed if value higher than +122″F (+S0″C).
  • Humidity measuring range: 20%RH ~ 95%RH, 19%RH will display if value lower than 20%RH, 96%RH will display if value higher than 95%RH.

°C or °F Temperature Display

  • The temperature is displayed either in °C or °F. Briefly pressing the [ ] button allows you to switch between the individual modes.

Low Battery

  • When the low voltage icon [ ] is displayed, you need to replace the clock battery.

Night Light function

  • the product is powered by batteries, touch the [ ] field. Backlight lit 8 seconds.
  • Touch and hold the [ ] field for more than 3 seconds, the icon [ ] is displayed on the LCD display, The brightness of the backlight will vary according to the brightness of the ambient light. When the light is bright, the backlight is off. When the light is low, the backlight brightens slightly.
  • In backlight auto mode, the backlight can be switched to the highest brightness for 8 seconds by touching the [ ] field. Touch and hold the [ ] field for more than 3 seconds, the icon [ ]is not displayed and exit backlight auto mode.

During the reception time of the radio wave signal, the backlight will be automatically closed to prevent the interference of the radio wave.

  • Children must not play with the item.

  • Batteries, when swallowed, can be life-threatening. Therefore, keep the product and battery out of reach of small children. If a battery is swallowed, medical assistance must be sought immediately.

RISK OF BATTERY LEAKAGE

  • In the event of a battery leak, immediately remove it from the device to prevent damage.
  • Avoid contact with battery acid, thoroughly flush the affected area with plenty of clean water and seek immediate medical attention.
  • Only use the same type of batteries, do not mix used and new batteries.
  • Avoid extreme environmental conditions and temperatures as they may affect batteries e.g. above radiators.
  • Remove the batteries from the device if they have not been used for a long period.

  • Only use the specified battery type.
  • When inserting the battery ensure the correct polarity. This is shown in the battery compartment.
  • If necessary, clean the battery and device contacts before inserting the battery.
  • Promptly remove drained batteries from the product.
  • Do not make any modifications to the item. Only allow repairs to be carried out at a specialist workshop. Repairs carried out incorrectly can considerably endanger the user.
