Seat Care
- The seat, seat back and seat attachment straps may be wiped clean using a mild cleaning solution and damp cloth. Do not use bleach. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleansers. Rinse clean with water to remove residue.
WARNING
Prevent serious injury or death from sliding out, falls or tipping over.
- Always secure child with the restraint system adjusted to fit child snugly. The tray is not designed to hold child in the product. Use the restraint system until child is able to get in and out of the product without help (about 2 ½ years old).
- Never leave child unattended.
- Never allow child to push away from a table while in this product.
- Attach this product to an adult chair using bottom and back attachment straps. Never use this product on a stool or bench that does not have a seat back.
- Before each use, always check to be sure the product is properly secured to an adult chair.
- Use upright position only with a child who has enough upper body control to sit up unassisted.
Prevent serious injury or death.
- Do not use in motor vehicles.

Adjusting Seat Height
- While pressing the seat height on the seat base A , lift or lower the seat bottom to the desired height B .
- Make sure you hear a “click” on both sides of the seat bottom. Make sure the seat height is adjusted to the same height on both sides
Adjusting Seat Recline
- While pulling the seat recline handle on the back of the seat, lift or lower the seat back to the desired position.
- Release the seat recline handle.
- Push on the seat back to be sure the seat is secure.
- Hint : You may not be able to fully recline this product when attached to some adult chairs.
Attaching to a Chair
- Place the seat on a chair.
- Wrap the bottom straps around the bottom of the chair A . Buckle the straps B . Make sure you hear a “click”. Pull the free end of the strap to tighten on the chair C .
- Wrap the back straps around the back of the chair D . Buckle the straps E . Make sure you hear a “click”. Pull the free end of the strap to tighten on the chair F .
Secure Child

Place your child in the seat. Position the crotch belt between your child’s legs.

Fit the waist restraint ends through both shoulder belt slots.
-
Buckle the restraint belts to the crotch belt. Make sure you hear a “click” on both sides.
-
Tighten each waist belt so that the restraint system is snug against your child. Please refer to the next section for instructions to tighten the waist belt.

To tighten the waist belts: Feed the anchored end of the waist belt up through the buckle to form a loop A . Pull the free end of the waist belt B .
-
To tighten the shoulder belts: Hold the adjuster and pull the front shoulder strap down C .
-
To loosen the waist belts: Feed the free end of the waist belt up through the buckle to form a loop A . Enlarge the loop by pulling on the end of the loop toward the buckle. Pull the anchored end of the waist belt to shorten the free end of the waist belt B .

To loosen the shoulder belts: Pull the adjuster down C . Note: After adjusting the restraint system to fit your child, make sure you pull on it to be sure it is securely fastened.
Tray Use and Care

Before first time use, wash the tray thoroughly with soap and water.
-
The tray is top rack dishwasher safe (or use the bottom rack – without using the drying cycle).

Fit the tray onto the armrests. Push down until the tray “snaps” into place.
Note : The tray is not microwave safe.

While pulling the latches under the tray:
- Push the tray backward to be closer to baby.
- Pull the tray forward to be further away from baby.
- Pull the tray off the armrests to remove.
Pad and Restraint System Care
-
The pad and restraint system are machine washable. Place the restraint system in a pillowcase and machine wash it along with the pad in cold water on the gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Line dry.

To remove the pad and restraint system: Buckle the restraint system. From behind the seat and underneath the seat, push the folded end of each restraint belt back through the slots. Unfasten the pad hooks from the front edge of the seat. Remove the pad from the seat.
IMPORTANT! Be sure to replace the restraint system. -
To replace the restraint system: Fit the ends of the waist belts through the slots in the shoulder belts. Make sure the adjusters on the shoulder belts face out and the free end of the waist belts face out.

Buckle the waist/shoulder belts to the crotch belt.
-
Fit the folded end of both shoulder belts through the desired slots in the seat back.
-
Fit the folded end of each waist belt through the slots in the seat bottom. The second fold in each belt should be visible in the seat area.
-
Fit the folded end of the crotch belt through the slot in the seat bottom.
-
Pull on all five belts to be sure they are secure.
-
To replace the pad: refer to the assembly instructions.
Convert to Booster Seat
- This seat easily converts to a booster seat for toddlers.
- Unbuckle the waist belts from the crotch belt.
- Pull to remove the waist belts from the end of each shoulder belt.
- Fit the shoulder belts back through the slots in the pad.

Unfasten the pad hooks from the front edge of the seat.
-
Fit the waist belts back through the slots in the pad.
-
Remove the pad from the seat.
-
First lift the tab on the seat back A and then lift to remove the seat back from the seat B .
-
Store the seat back with shoulder straps and pad in a safe place for future use.

Assembly

Turn the seat bottom over.

Fit the bases onto the seat bottom.
Hint : Each base is designed to fit on the seat bottom one way. -
Insert two screws into each base and tighten.

Fit the cross brace to the bases.
-
While holding the cross brace in place, insert a screw into each base and tighten.
-
Turn the seat bottom assembly upright.
-
As received, the seat bottom is in the recline position. To finish the assembly of this product, adjust the seat to the upright position.
-
While pulling the seat recline handle on the back of the seat, lift the seat back to the upright position.
-
Release the seat recline handle.
-
Fit the ends of the seat back into the slots in the top of the seat bottom.
-
Push the top of the seat back so that the center tab “snaps” into place.
-
Fit the pocket on the back of the pad onto the top of the seat back.
-
Fit the waist belts on the seat through the lowest slots in the pad. Make sure the waist belts are not twisted.
-
Insert the shoulder belts through the slots in the pad.
- Use the lower shoulder belt slots for a smaller baby.
- Use the upper shoulder belt slots for a larger baby. Remove the shoulder belts from the lower slots in the seat back. From the back of the seat, fold and push the ends of the shoulder belts back through the seat back. Then, from the front of the seat, fit the ends of the shoulder belts through the upper slots of the seat back.

Make sure the shoulder belts are not twisted.

Fasten the hooks on bottom of the pad to the front edge of the seat.
