- In General:
- The indoor fountains are high-quality pump systems designed for indoor use, serving as an attractive centrepiece.
- Assembly Instructions:
- Unpack all components and lay them on a flat surface.
- Connect the pump to the rubber tube ensuring proper seating and no kinks in the cable.
- Insert LEDs into the hose on the fountain body.
- Mount the fountain attachments and connect the power cable.
- Fill the container with clean water, preferably distilled water to reduce mineral build-up.
- Plug into a power socket and ensure water flow starts.
- Place the pump at the bottom of the fountain ensuring it is submerged.
- Maintenance:
- Maintain the fountain by cleaning and changing water every 3 days.
- Use distilled water for optimal performance.
- Rinse the pump if debris is caught in the vents. Before winter storage, rinse the pump thoroughly to prevent damage.
- Frost:
- If there is a risk of frost, empty, rinse, and store the fountain in a dry place to prevent damage.
- Note: Ensure proper water levels to avoid dry run danger. Children and individuals with reduced abilities should use the pump under supervision.

- To prevent damage to persons or property, you should read this user manual carefully.
- Please observe all safety precautions and instructions for proper use of the pump. Failure to follow the instructions and safety precautions can result in injury or property damage.
- Please keep this manual with the instructions and safety instructions carefully at any time you can restore them.
- Please always download the latest version of the user manual of www.profi pumpe.de under „downloads“. This shall always prevail.
IN GENERAL
The Indoor fountains are high-quality fountain pump systems for indoor use. The perfect eyecatcher.
- It‘s recommended NOT to conduct yourself technical modifications. First, it is not certain whether these changes are technically correct and, secondly, because no guarantee can be granted.
- Transport damages are immediately to be reported to the package distributor and us in written form. Failure to give timely notice to the shipping company, and therefore rejected your claims from the transport company, so we can not accept these claims as well. In your legal obligation to cooperate to minimize damage, we point out expressly herewith.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Unpack all the water fountain components from the packaging and lie on a flat surface.
- Connect the pump to the rubber tube. Make sure the plug is properly seated and the cable is not kinked.
- Push the LEDs into or over the hose which is pre-mounted on the well body. Make sure everything is seated tight.
- Mount the fountain attachment onto the base. Guide the power cable through the side opening.
- Install the fountain top on the base, and ensure it is stable before continuing.
- Connect the power cable to the adapter.
- Fill the clean water into the container.
- Note: Distilled water is recommended to reduce mineral deposits and bacteria build-up.
- Insert the plug into the power socket. If installed correctly water will start to flow from the feature.
- Please note, that due to the shape of the slate, some water splashing out of the fountain is inevitable in the first few seconds.
- When all connections are complete, place the pump at the bottom of the fountain. Route the power cable to the outside.
- Fill the fountain with water. The pump must be completely submerged in water, otherwise the pump will be damaged.
MAINTENANCE
- Keep the fountain in good working condition by cleaning it and changing the water every 3 days. Using distilled or purified water will give the best performance.
- If debris is caught in the intake vents of the pump, disconnect the pump from any power sources and rinse the pump under clean running water.
- Before storing the pump in winter it is absolutely important to rinse it with clean water.
- Any dirt particles remaining in the pump will dry out on the pump shaft during the time of storage and cause irreparable damage.
Frost
- Frost can cause damage to the indoor fountain and pump.
- If there is a risk of frost, the indoor fountain and the pump must be emptied, rinsed with clean water and stored in a dry place.
- Then you will enjoy it for a very long time!
SECURITY TIPS
- Obey valid regulations on the electrical security
- Never run the pump dry
- Pumping inflammable, as well as all other aggressive liquids is prohibited
- Pay attention to the medium temperature max. 35°C
- The mains plug must be disconnected before carrying out any work on the garden fountain
- Never pull the pump on the electrical cable or pressure hose
- Avoid cross-section narrowing
- Pay attention to the given particle size
- The mains plug is intended for indoor use only
- During longer unused times, clean the pump, wash it out with clear water, dry and store it at room temperature
- Test wells for enough flowing water (dry run danger)
- The pump may be used by children aged 8 years and above as well as persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or those who lack skills, experience and knowledge only if they are supervised.
- These aforementioned persons should only use the appliance while adhering to safe instructions and resulting dangers.
- Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.

- To take over no responsibility in the case of accidents or damages based on carelessness or disregard for the instructions in this manual.
- To reject every responsibility for the damages which originate from the improper use of the device.
GUARANTEE REGULATIONS
For all manufacturing and material defects, the statutory warranty applies. In these cases, we take the replacement or repair of the device. Shipping costs shall be borne by our company, except as required by law. Please report the warranty on our service platform https://www.profi-pumpe.de/information.php. We will inform you how to proceed with case-related. Returns please sufficient postage. Unfortunately prepaid returns can not be accepted because they are filtered out before delivery. Our service we provide in Germany.
The warranty does not cover:
- Material wear (sealing rings, impeller wheels, impeller chambers)
- Unjustified interventions or changes in the pump
- Damages by self-fault
- Improper servicing and improper use
- DRY RUNNING (Also partially!) of the pump
- Moreover, we give no damage compensation for secondary damages!

- Electro devices of our company, labelled with the symbol of the crossed trash bin, are not permitted to be disposed of in your household garbage.
- We are registered at the German registration department EAR under the WEEE-No. DE79535656.
- This symbol means that you’re not, allowed to treat this product as a regular household waste item – it has to be disposed of at a recycling collection point of electrical devices.
