MAINTENANCE AND CARE

ATTENTION:

This does not rule out the possibility of water penetrating the inside of the scooter. For this reason, it is important that the e-scooter is regularly cared for and serviced as required.
  • Disconnect the e-scooter, if connected, from the charger and switch it off.
  • Check your device for loose parts, damage, excessive wear and the integrity of the housing and tires. If you find any defects during the inspection, stop using the e-scooter and contact your dealer.

Excessive sunlight as well as overheating and undercooling of the tires will accelerate their aging process and adversely affect the service life of the scooter and its battery pack.
  • There is no warranty claim for damage to the li-ion battery due to improper storage or insufficient charging during storage or non-use (deep discharge).
