Product Usage Instructions

Operating Instructions:

  • A: Insert the power cable from the lower-right inside pocket into the battery port. Fully charge the battery before first use.
  • B: Press the heating button on the left side for 2 seconds to start preheating. The LED light will turn red and stay on for 5 minutes before switching to Medium level.

Battery Use Instructions:

  • Fully charge the battery before first use.
  • Charge the battery every 6 months if not used for a long time.
  • Avoid high temperatures and moisture.
  • Do not disassemble or drop the battery.

Battery Instructions:
The power bank’s USB port can charge both the jacket and mobile devices. The power bank can be charged through a Type-C or DC charging port.

Cleaning Instructions:

  1. Disconnect and remove the battery pack from the inner pocket before washing.
  2. Hand wash or machine wash gently in cold water.
  3. Avoid bleach or corrosive liquids. Line dry; do not iron, dry clean, or tumble dry.

Please follow the instructions to operate the heated jacket as specified. Not following instructions may result in injury or product failure. If you feel uncomfortable when you wear it, please take off the jacket immediately and disconnect the power supply.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  • A: Insert the power cable which is located in the lower-right inside pocket into the port of the battery. The battery can be stored inside the lower-right inner pocket. For the first use, please fully charge the battery. If you want to check the battery level, press the button on the side of the battery to view the charge level. For more details, please review the “Battery Instructions” portion of the instruction manual.
  • B: Press the heating button on your left-hand side for 2 seconds until the button turns red and the jacket starts to preheat.

When the jacket is preheating, the red LED light stays on until the heat reaches 158°F(70°C), the preheating process takes 5 minutes if there is no further operation. The heating level can be adjusted by briefly pressing the power button on the jacket. Each press will cycle through the jacket’s temperature setting from red light(high temperature) to white light (medium temperature)to blue light (low temperature). In normal conditions, the temperature will reach 140-149°F/60-65°Con high,131-140°F/55-60°C,113-122°F/45-50°C on low.

During preheating, the red LED light stays on for about 5 minutes without any operation and then turns to Medium level after 5 minutes.

BATTERY USE

  • A: The USB port of the power bank can be used to charge both jacket and mobile devices.
  • A: The power bank can be charged through Type-C on the medium port.
  • C: A DC charging port is also called a fast charging port, which enhances heating speed and allows the heated jacket to reach temperatures up to 65°C. Avoid using the DC charging in sub-zero conditions.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Before washing the jacket, disconnect and remove the battery pack from the inner pocket, cover the power cable interface with a protective cap, then put the power cable into the inner pocket and zip up.
  2. Hand wash or machine wash gently in cold water.
  3. Do not use bleach or other corrosive liquids.
  4. Line dry. Do not iron, dry clean, or tumble dry.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This jacket is to be used by adults only/This product can only be used by adults. If you have any questions about your health and the use of the heated jacket, please contact a licensed physician.

  • Never use it if the lining is wet.
  • Heating elements should not have contact directly with your skin.
  • Shut off the power supply immediately if discomfort occurs.
  • Do not allow the cords to be pinched, may cause damage and fraying.
  • Do not use pins. It may damage electrical wiring.
  • Disconnect and remove the battery pack from the inner pocket before washing.
  • Do not dry clean or use dry cleaning fluid on the jacket. Do not bleach. Cleaning solvents may have a deteriorating effect on the insulation of the heating elements.
  • Machine wash or hand wash and line dry/Line dry after machine wash or hand wash. Do not iron, ring dry, dry clean, or tumble dry.
  • Do NOT store the battery pack together with metal objects (short circuit risk).
  • Never disassemble the battery packs and chargers, only store them in dry rooms. Keep dry at all times.

FAQ

Q: How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

A: If there is no charge/If the rechargeable battery is completely dead, it will take on average 5-6 hours to fully charge.

Q: How long will the battery last when in use?

A: Normally, the battery will last approximately 10-12 hours on low mode, 7-8 hours on medium mode, or 4-5 hours on the high setting mode.

Q: What if the heating element does not start or operate properly with a fully charged battery pack?

A: Press the button on the side of the battery or reconnect the power cable and long-press the jacket button to turn it on.

Q: How to check the remaining power when the jacket is in heating mode?

A: Press the button on the side of the battery to check the battery level on the screen.

Q: Can I charge my mobile device while heating my jacket?

A: Yes. However, when you charge your mobile device while heating the jacket, the temperature level will be reduced.

Q: Why does the power turn off when I switch to the USB port during operation?

A: When you switch to a USB port, the battery will shut off. You reconnect the power cable and long-press the jacket button to turn it on. It is not recommended to switch to the USB port when the heating element is operating.
