READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE START ING INSTALLATION. REMOVE CONTENTS
FROM BOX AND VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. ASSISTANCE IS RECOMMENDED.

STEP 1
Step Bar Assembly:
- Select and assemble (2) Step Bars with (2) 25-25mm Inner Hex Bolts, (4) M8 Flat Washers, (2) M8 Lock Washers and (2) M8 Hex Nuts, (Fig 1). NOTE: (4) Step Bars are universal.
- Attach (1) Back Plate to the bottom of the installed (2) Step Bars with (4) 25-25mm Inner Hex Bolts, (4) M8 Flat Washers, (4) M8 Lock Washers, (Fig 2).
- Install (1) Plastic Cover to cover the joint of (2) Step bars with (4) Plastic Rivets, (Fig 3).
- Repeat to assemble the other (2) Step Bars
Assembled Step Bars
STEP 2
Start from the driver side front of the vehicle.
Option 1: Use (3) Holes of the Mounting Bracket. Locate (3) factory holes
in the body panel and (2) holes in the pinch weld under the front of the front
door, (Fig 4). Insert (1) M10 Clip Nut into the rectangular opening and
line up the threaded hole in the Clip with the round hole next to the opening.
Option 2: Use (4) Holes of the Mounting Bracket. Select (1) Mounting
Bracket, align with factory holes, mark and drill (1) hole as shown, (Fig
5). Insert (2) M10 Clip Nuts.
NOTE: Threaded nut must go towards the inside of the body panel, (Figs
4 & 5).
STEP 3
Select (1) Mounting Bracket. Insert (1) M10X1.5-30 Hex Bolt,
M10 Lock Washer and (1) M10 Flat Washers through the top hole of Mounting
Bracket, (1) M10 Large Flat Washer into the Clip Do not fully tighten hardware
at this time.
Bolt the bottom of the Bracket to the pinch weld with the (2) M10X1.5-30 Hex
Bolts, (2) M10 Lock Washers, (4) M10 Flat Washers and (2) M10 Hex Nuts,
(Figs 6 & 7). NOTE: Insert Hex Bolts in from the outside, through the
pinch weld and then the Bracket.
Put the other M10 Large Flat Washer against the pinch weld,
(Figs 5 & 6).
STEP 4
Move to the driver side center mounting location. Repeat Step 1 to install
(1) M10 Clip Nut, (Figs 8-9).
Attach (1) Mounting Bracket to the installed M10 Clip Nut with
(1) M10X1.5-30 Hex Bolt, (1) M10 Lock Washer and (1) M10 Flat Washer; to the
pinch weld with (1) M10X1.5-30 Hex Bolt,
(1) M10 Lock Washer, (2) M10 Flat Washers and (1) M10 Hex Nut. Do not fully
tighten hardware at this time. Note: Front Mounting Bracket and Center
Mounting Bracket are universal.
STEP 5
Move to the driver side rear location. Assemble (1) Driver Rear Mounting
Bracket and (1) Driver Rear Bar Bracket with (2) M10X1.5-30 Hex Bolts, (2) M10
Lock Washers, (4) M10 Flat Washers and (2) M10 Hex Nuts, (Fig 10). Do not
fully tighten hardware at this time.
Then, repeat Step 2-5 to install the assembled driver side rear
Brackets. Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.
STEP 6
Once all (3) Driver side mounting brackets are installed, then proceed to the Step Bar installation. ( Figs 11 & 12)
- Select (1) Slider and (2) 25-35mm Carriage Bolts;
- Install (2) 25-35mm Carriage Bolts in (1) Slider.
- Slide the Slider (with carriage bolts) to the Step
- Repeat to install the other (2) sliders to the step
- Attach the Step Bar (with the Sliders) onto the installed mounting Position the Sliders to the installed brack- ets. Secure the Step Bar to the installed Brackets by using (8) M8 Large Flat Washers and (8) M8 Nylon Lock Nuts and (4) Sliders, (Fig 12). Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.
Note: The Sliders are packed with the Step Bars.
Level and adjust the Step Bar and fully tighten all hardware. Repeat Steps
2-6 for the other side Step Bar installation. The installation is
completed!!!
Attention
Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware
is secure and tight.
In order to protect your bars/boards, please use mild soap/non-abrasive
products for cleaning only.
