GETTING STARTED
STEP 1: CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH
- Press and hold the Power button for 1 second to turn the speaker on.
- The Status LED should be flashing blue to signify Bluetooth pairing mode. Note: If the Status LED is flashing green the speaker is in Multi-Speaker Connect mode. Press the Multi-Speaker Connect button to switch to Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Select Victrola Rock Speaker on your device’s Bluetooth menu.
Once paired, the Status LED will turn solid blue.
STEP 2: CONNECT ADDITIONAL SPEAKERS (MULTI-SPEAKER CONNECT MODE)

Ensure you have successfully paired one speaker to your Bluetooth device (Step 1, above), this will become the Host speaker. Any additional speakers will become Clients.

Host speaker setup: Quick press the Multi-Speaker Connect button on the Host speaker. The Status LED will turn light blue.

Client speaker(s) setup: Power on additional an speaker and quickly press
the Multi-Speaker Connect button. The Status LED will begin flashing green. -
The additional speaker will search for and connect to the Host speaker and become a Client. The Status LED on the Client will turn solid green once connected to the Host speaker.

Repeat steps 3-4 to connect additional Client speakers to the Host speaker.
POWERING OFF
- If you power off a Client speaker, only the Client speaker will power off.
- If you power off a Host speaker, the Host and all connected Client speakers will power off.
FUTURE USE
When powering back on, the speaker will return to the last used mode. If
speakers were previously paired in Multi-Speaker Connect mode, the Host
speaker’s Status LED will flash green and blue until connected to a Bluetooth
device. Any Clients will automatically search for a previously paired Host and
connect automatically if the host is powered on and nearby.
CHARGING VIA USB CABLE
- Plug the USB-C end in the control panel, and plug the other end of the cable into a USB 5V DC, t output AC adaptor (not included).
CHARGING VIA SOLAR PANEL
- Place the rock speaker under direct sunlight and make sure the solar panel is facing the sun. The Power LED will flash white when charging.
TROUBLESHOOTING
BLUETOOTH
- The effective distance for an optimal Bluetooth connection is within 33ft (10m).
- If you are unable to pair to the speaker, ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (Status LED flashing blue) and not Multi-Speaker Connect pairing mode (Status LED flashing green).
MULTI-SPEAKER CONNECT
- The effective distance for optimal speaker pairing is within 66ft (20m).
- If a Host speaker becomes disconnected from Bluetooth, it will begin searching for a Bluetooth device (Status LED flashing green and blue). The Client speakers will remain connected to the Host.
- If a speaker is not connected to a Bluetooth device and then enters Multi-Speaker Connect mode, that speaker will automatically become a Client speaker and will connect to/receive audio from a nearby Host and can’t connect to a Bluetooth device.
- Only one speaker should be connected to a Bluetooth device in Multi-Speaker Connect mode (Host), the other speakers (Clients} will connect to the Host.
- A Client speaker in multi-speaker connect mode can only play music from a Host. To exit, press the Multi-Speaker Connect button to become a “single” speaker and connect to a Bluetooth device.
CHARGING
- Fully charging the battery on solar power alone may take 15+ hours depending on weather conditions. See the POWER LED GUIDE for LED charging indication.
- The solar panel charges best in direct sunlight. However, it can also charge the rock speakers in non-direct sunlight, such as in cloudy weather.
- It is recommended to fully charge the rock speaker via USB-C and allow the solar panel to keep the speaker charged while outside in use.
- Battery life will vary depending on the operation. Loud music with heavy bass will drain the battery faster than spoken word audio.
- If the unit has not been used for a long time, the rechargeable battery may be discharged into a “sleep mode.” To initialize the battery, it is recommended to charge for longer than 6 hours but DO NOT exceed 24 hours.
CAUTION
The built-in rechargeable battery is not replaceable. Do not remove or replace
it, do not throw it in the trash or a fire. Do not dispose of devices in
standard garbage disposal sites. Dispose of the device at available Battery
Recycling Sites after fully discharging the battery. Not doing so may violate
local disposal laws and regulations. Please refer to local regulations for
proper battery disposal.

Victrola (Innovative Technology Electronics, LLC) warrants to the original
retail purchaser that this product will be free from defective materials and
workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, subject to the
limitations below. This warranty period is not extended if we replace the
product.
To obtain a replacement under the terms of this warranty, you must contact the
dealer from which it was purchased with your original receipt. If assistance
from the dealer from which it was purchased is impossible, you may contact our
customer service for warranty assistance at
victrola.com/contact.
Except as limited below, if the product proves defective in either material or
workmanship within one (1) year from the date of purchase, Victrola will
replace the product at no charge. If the product model is no longer available
and cannot be replaced with an identical model, Victrola will issue a
merchandise credit for the purchase price to be redeemed at
victrola.com.
Limitations
- This limited warranty does not cover failure of the product arising, in whole or in part, from improper installation, storage, transportation, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, unauthorized repair, modification, or wear from ordinary use or environmental deterioration.
- This limited warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, including paint damage, or consequential damage to other components or premises which may result for any reason from the failure of the product.
- This limited warranty is null and void for products not used under Victrola’s instructions.
- This limited warranty terminates if the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers this product.
- This limited warranty is null and void for defects or damage caused by installation or repair performed by any person or entity other than a Victrola authorized installer or dealer.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state, jurisdiction to jurisdiction or country to country. All express and implied warranties for the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the term of this warranty. Some states, jurisdictions or countries do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties or conditions, or limitations on how long an implied warranty or condition lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. Victrola’s responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited to replacement or repair as outlined in this warranty statement. Victrola does not accept liability for special, punitive, consequential or incidental damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, including without limitation, any liability for third-party claims against you for damages or losses or for products not being available for use. The maximum liability for which Victrola may be responsible will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim. Some states, jurisdictions or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
