TROUBLESHOOTING
Why is my turntable humming?
| Please make sure your power
cord is fully plugged into the unit and the outlet. Then, be sure the unit it away from other electronic devices that may
cause interference.
Why is the platter wobbly?
| The turntable platter is built on top of springs and it is not designed to fit firmly in place on top of the wood. This design allows the record player to turn smoothly without grazing against the wood.
How do I reset/reboot my unit?
| In order to reboot just unplug
the unit from the wall outlet and then let the unit rest for about 6-8 hours.

My record player is playing too fast or too slow
|
There is a screw at the back of the turntable that balances the turntable and the tonearm weight if the records do not play properly or if the turntable does not spin. This is the only adjustment available on the unit. If your records are not playing properly or the turntable is not spinning then please try adjusting that screw by turning it a quarter of a turn each time and then try playing a record. If it does not sound
properly then keep the arm back
in the rest position and then again adjust the screw by a quarter of a turn. Then try playing the record again. Do this process till you get your records playing perfectly.
