PROCEDURE

REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. INSTALLATION MAY INTERFERE WITH FRONT MOUNTED SENSORS.

1. Start installation by selecting the Uprights and Crossbars. Attach the (2) Short Rubber Seals to each side of the Top Crossbar an attach the (2) Long Rubber Seals to the Center Crossbar, (Figure 1).

2. Attach the Crossbars to the Uprights with (8) 10mm x 25mm Hex Bolts, (16) 10mm x 20mm Flat Washers, (8) 10mm Lock Washers and (8) 10mm Hex Nuts, (Figure 1). Level and adjust the Bull Bar assembly, then tighten all hardware.

3. Determine if a lightbar will be installed, (lightbar not included).
   For Mesh installation.
   a. Select (1) L-Bracket. Attach the Bracket to the Passenger/Right Side of the Center Crossbar with (1) 8mm x 25mm Hex Bolt, (2) 8mm Flat Washers, (1) 8mm Lock Washer and (1) 8mm Hex Nut, (Figure 2). Repeat this Step to attach the remaining (1) L-Bracket to the Driver/Left side.
   b. Select the Mesh Panel. Attach the Mesh Panel to the (2) L-Brackets with (2) 8mm x 25mm Hex Bolts, (4) 8mm Flat Washers, (2) 8mm Lock Washers and (2) 8mm Hex Nuts, (Figure 3). Level, adjust and center the Mesh Panel, then tighten hardware.
   For lightbar installation, (lightbar not included).
   a. Select (1) L-Bracket. Attach the Bracket to the Passenger/Right Side of the Center Crossbar with (1) 8mm x 25mm Hex Bolt, (2) 8mm Flat Washers, (1) 8mm Lock Washer and (1) 8mm Hex Nut, (Figure 2). Repeat this Step to attach the remaining (1) L-Bracket to the Driver/Left side.
   b. Attach a lightbar to the (2) L-Brackets with (2) 8mm x 16mm Hex Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers and (2) 8mm Flat Washers, (Figure 4). Level, adjust and center the lightbar, then tighten hardware. (Lightbar not included).

4. From under the Passenger/Right front side of the vehicle. Locate the end of the frame just behind the bumper and temporarily remove the (4) factory bolts and angle brackets, (Figure 5). It may be necessary to remove the air dam to clear the Brackets.

5. Select the Passenger/Right Frame Bracket. Reuse the factory bolts to attach the Frame Bracket to the end of the frame, (Figure 6). Do not tighten hardware.

6. Repeat Step 5 to attach the Driver/Left Frame Bracket.

7. Select the Bull Bar. Attach the Bull Bar to the (2) Mounting Brackets with (4) 10mm x25mm Hex Bolts, (4) 10mm Lock Washers and (4) 10mm x30mm Flat Washers, (Figure 7). Do not tighten hardware.

8. Attach the Bull Bar Mounting Brackets to the Frame Brackets with (4) 10mm x35mm Hex Bolts, (8) 10mm x30mm Flat Washers, (4) 10mm Lock Washers and (4) 10mm Hex Nuts, (Figure 8). Do not tighten hardware.

9. Select (1) 10mm Bolt Plates and (1) 10mm Fish Wire. Thread the Fish Wire onto the Bolt Plate, (Figure 9). Insert the end of the Fish Wire into the large hole and guide the Bolt Plate though to the smaller hole towards the side of the vehicle, (Figures 10 & 11).

10. Select the Passenger/Right Support Bracket. Attach the Support Bracket to the Bolt Plate with (1) 10mm x 30mm Flat Washer, (1) 10mm Lock Washer and (1) 10mm Hex Nut, (Figure 12). Attach the Support Bracket to the Mounting Bracket with (1) 10mm x 35mm Hex Bolt, (2) 10mm x 30mm Flat Washers, (1) 10mm lock Washer and (1) 10mm Hex Nut, (Figure 12). Do not tighten hardware.

11. Repeat Steps 9 &10 to attach the Driver/Left Support Bracket to the frame and Mounting Bracket.

12. Level and adjust the Bull Bar, then tighten all hardware.

13. Select the License Plate Bracket. Attach the Bracket to the bottom of the Center Crossbar with (2) 6mm Button Head Bolts, (4) 6mm Flat Washers, (2) 6mm Lock Washers and (2) 6mm Hex Nuts, (Figure 13). Attach the License Plate to the License Plate Bracket with (2) 6mm Button Head Combo Bolts, (Figure 14). Tighten all License Plate Hardware.

14. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.

To protect your investment, Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish. Mild soap may be used to clean the Bull Bar.

Passenger/Right Side Installation Pictured

• (Fig 1) Attach the Passenger/Right Upright to the Top and Center Crossbars
  

• Fig 2) Attach (1) L-Bracket to the Passenger/Right side of the Center Crossbar
  

• Fig 3) If lightbar, (not included) will not be installed, attach the Mesh Panel to the (2) L-Brackets
  

• (Fig 4) Attach a lightbar to the (2) L-Brackets, (Lightbar not included)
  

• (Fig 5) Remove the factory bolts and angle bracket
  

• (Fig 6) Reuse the factory hardware to attach the Passenger/Right Frame Bracket
  

• (Fig 7) Attach the Bull Bar to the (2) Mounting Brackets
  

• Fig 8) Attach the Bull Bar to the (2) Frame Brackets
  

• (Fig 9) Thread (1) 10mm Fish Wire onto (1) 10mm Bolt Plate
  

• (Fig 10) Insert (1) 10mm Bolt Plate with Fish Wire into the large hole the crossmember and out the smaller hole towards the side of the vehicle

• (Fig 12) Attach the Passenger/Right Support Bracket to the Bolt Plate and Mounting Bracket
  

• (Fig 13) Attach the License Plate Bracket to the bottom of the Center Crossbar
  

• (Fig 14) Attach the License Plate to the License Plate Bracket
