EMC manufacturer’s declaration and guidance

  1. The product needs to take special precautions for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and the purchaser or user must install and use it according to the information about EMC compliance provided in the user manual.
  2. Portable and mobile radio frequency communication equipment may affect the proudct. Please keep away from such equipment when using it.
  3. In addition to the connecting wires and charging cables sold by our company as spare parts of internal components, the use of accessories and cables outside the regulations may result in an increase in the emission of the product or a decrease in immunity.
    The following cable types must be used to ensure compliance with and adherence to interference radiation and immunity standards:Cable| Length (m)
    ---|---
    Power cord| 0.5
    Charging Cable| 0.5
  4. This product should not be used close to or stacked with other equipment. If such use is necessary, the product should be observed to verify that it can operate normally under the configuration used.
  5. This product should not touch the pins of the connectors marked with the electrostatic discharge warning symbol, and should not be connected to these connectors unless electrostatic discharge precautions are used. Provisions on preventive measures against electrostatic discharge: Human body or objects carry different electrostatic voltages due to charge transfer; since electrostatic discharge is completed in the order of ns or μs, the peak current can reach tens of amperes, and the instantaneous power is very huge. The resulting electrostatic discharge is electromagnetic. The pulse energy is enough to damage the sensitive components in the electronic components; because the rise time of the current waveform is very short, that is, the rate of change of the current (di/dt) is very large, it can induce a high potential of hundreds of volts or even thousands of volts, thereby a strong electric field is generated to break down the sensitive element. In order to prevent damage to the instrument, the following measures should be taken:
  6. Ensure the environmental humidity;
  7. Laying anti-static floor or carpet;
  8. The operator should wear an anti-static hand strap on the wrist. This hand strap should have good grounding performance. This measure is the most effective.
  9. The basic performance of the product:
    • red light mode – radiation intensity Ee ≤ 96 mW/cm2
    • blue light mode – radiation intensity: Ee ≤ 120 mW/cm2.
  10. The guidelines and the company’s statement are shown in Table 1 to Table 4:
    • This product meets the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of IEC60601-l-2/AMD1:2020 PRV idt lEC60601-l-2:2004; Guidelines and manufacturer’s declaration – electromagnetic emissions – for all equipment and systems

| 3 V (Effective value) 3 V/m| Portable and mobile radio frequency communication equipment should not be used closer to any part of the product, including cables, than the recommended isolation distance.

This distance should be calculated based on the formula corresponding to the transmitter frequency. Recommended isolation distance

in meters, the field strength of the fixed radio frequency transmitter is determined by surveying the electromagnetic fields, and in each frequency range b should be lower than the compliance level. Interference may occur in the vicinity of equipment marked with the following symbols.

---|---|---|---
Note 1: At 80 MHz and 800 MHz frequency points, the higher frequency band formula is used.

Note 2: These guidelines may not be suitable for all situations. Electromagnetic propagation is affected by absorption and emission from buildings, objects and humans.

a: Fixed transmitters, such as base stations for wireless (cellular/cordless) telephones and terrestrial mobile radios, business radios, AM and FM radio broadcasting, and TV

broadcasting. The field strength cannot be accurately predicted theoretically. In order to assess the electromagnetic environment of fixed radio frequency transmitters, the survey of electromagnetic fields should be considered. If the measured field strength of the place

where the product is located is higher than the above-mentioned applicable radio frequency compliance level, the product should be observed to verify its normal operation. If abnormal performance is observed, supplementary measures may be necessary, such as re-adjusting the direction or position of the product.

b: In the entire frequency range of 150 kHz–80 MHz, the field strength should be less than 3 V/m.

Table 4 Safety distance

(corresponding to Table 206 in lEC 60601-l-2/AMDl:2020 PRV)

Recommended isolation distance between portable and mobile RF communication equipment and the product or system

The product is expected to be used in an electromagnetic environment where radiated RF disturbances are controlled. According to the maximum output function of the communication device, the purchaser or user of the product can prevent electromagnetic interference by maintaining the minimum distance between the portable and mobile RF communication device (transmitter) and the product as recommended below.

For the maximum rated output rate of the transmitter not listed in the above table, the recommended isolation distance d, in meters (m), can be determined by the formula in the corresponding transmitter frequency column, where P is provided by the transmitter manufacturer. The maximum rated output power of the transmitter; in watts (W).

Note 1: At 80 MHz and 800 MHz frequency points, the formula for the higher frequency range should be used.
