USING YOUR EARBUDS
Charging
- Remove the protective film.
- Put the earbuds back to the charging case.
- Fully charge the case for approximately 1 hour.

Pairing *If you can’t pair the earbuds
with your phone, put them back in the charging case. Keep the lid open and
then long-press the Reset Button (for approximately 6 seconds) until the case
indicator flashes.
Controls
Play/Pause: Tap once,
Next Song: Tap twice, Previous Song: Tap three times
Game Mode: Tap and hold on right earbud then release when you hear 4
beeps,
Active Voice Assistant: Tap and hold on right earbud then release when
you hear 2 beeps
ANC/Transparency/ANC Off: Tap and hold on left earbud then release when you hear 2 beeps
Answer a Call: Tap once,
Reject call: Tap and hold on one earbud then release when you hear 2
beeps,
End/cancel a Call: Tap twice
Dual Device Connection
By activating “Dual Device Connection” on oraimo Sound APP, you can connect
two devices at once to your earbuds.
Tailor Your Sound
Adjust the slider to reduce the amount of environmental noise.
Wide Area Tap
This innovative function allows you to control your Free Pods Pro without any
physical contact on the earbuds. You can achieve smart control by touching the
area in front of your ears and around the ear bones (see the area of the
shaded region).
You can activate it on oraimo Sound APP to enable the following operations:
Tap twice: Pause/Play the music, Tap three times: ANC Mode On/Off
Smart Chat Mode
By activating this function on oraimo Sound APP, you can experience a
conversation boost. Once your voice is detected, the earbuds will
automatically pause the music and switch to Transparency Mode and you can
focus on the person talking in front of you. If no voice is detected within 8
seconds, the earphones will automatically return to the previous mode and
continue playing music.
Question 1
Earbuds won’t power on/work.
Reason
Charging case or earbuds has no battery.
Solution
Place your earbuds in the charging case and charge for more than 30 minutes.
Question 2
Only one earbud works/sound from only one side.
Reason
The left and right earbud are not connected with each other.
Solution
Place both earbuds in the charging case (the case light will flash green to
indicate successful operation) and close the case, open the case after 5
seconds and take out your earbuds.
Question 3
Earbuds can not be charged.
Reason
The earbuds may be smudged and fail to make contact for charging.
Solution
Use a cleaning cloth with alcohol to remove dirt from the pogo pin of earbuds
and charging case.
Question 4
Bad sound quality/Low volume.
Reason
The earbud speaker or sound hole is blocked with dirt.
Solution
Use a cleaning cloth with alcohol to remove dirt from the speaker or sound
hole.
Question 5
Bad call quality.
Reason
- The microphone is blocked with dirt.
- The microphone is blocked after the earbud comes into contact with water or sweat.
- The other earbud is not in the case when the other earbud is worn to have a call.
Solution
- Use a cleaning cloth to remove dirt from the microphone.
- Use a hair dryer to blow into the microphone hole for 10 seconds.
- For single-ear use, place the other earbuds in the charging case.
Question 6
Phone fails to connect to the earbuds.
Reason
- Earbuds are already connected to another device;
- Earbuds have no battery.
Solution
- Disconnect and “Forget” your earbuds on the other connected device and place the earbuds in the charging case with lid closed. Then open the case to check the indicator. If it doesn’t work, put the earbuds back in the charging case. Keep the lid open and long press the Reset Button (for approximately 6 seconds) until the case indicator flashes.

Question 7
Poor touch control response.
Reason
- Touching an incorrect position for control;
- Waited too long between touch control actions;
- Your hands or the earbuds may be smudged by water or sweat.
Solution
- Follow the user manual to touch the correct position;
- Keep the time between touch actions under 0.6 seconds;
- Wipe off any water and sweat before touch operations.
Question 8
Poor performance with ANC noise cancellation.
Reason
Earbuds are worn incorrectly.
Solution
- Select appropriate ear tips in accordance with your ear canal;
- Follow the correct instructions in wearing your earbuds, rotate your earbuds forward and backward to fit. (Product performance may vary with the user’s ear size, selected ear plugs, ear canal structure, wearing posture, chewing, movement during usage and other conditions.)

- Avoid dropping
- Avoid extreme temperatures
- Do not use the product outdoors during a thunderstorm
- Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean
CONSIDERATE HINTS
- Do not turn up the volume to a fair high level constantly as this could shorten the service life of this product or impair your hearing.
- When encounter any fault during operation, please cut off the power supply and disconnect the Type-C cable to prevent further damage to the product or other components.
- The wireless transmission range or connectivity could be affected by low battery power.
In that case, please recharge immediately.
