SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Installation

  • Remove all packing materials.

  • Do not install or use the appliance where there is a risk of frost or where it is exposed to heat (e.g. direct sunlight, moisture and dusty places).

Electrical connection

  • United Kingdom and Ireland only. This product is equipped with a 13 A mains plug. If the fuse in the plug needs replacing, a 13 A ASTA (BS 1362) fuse should be used.

Usage

Maintenance and cleaning

INSTALLATION

  • It is recommended that the drying cabinet is placed on a drainage plate unless it is located in a bathroom or laundry room. This makes it easier to detect a possible leak.

Placement

  • Ensure that the drying cabinet is level where it is installed. Tilt the drying cabinet slightly to raise the feet a few centimeters. Adjust the feet with a 17 mm spanner.
  • The door adjustment is dependent on the product being level.

Fixing to the wall

  • The cabinet should be fixed to a wall to prevent tipping.
  • Install the two angle brackets on the product as follows:
  1. Ensure that the drying cabinet is level where it is installed.
  2. Screw the brackets to the top of the product. The brackets have grooves for adapting to the wall.
  3. Attach the product to the wall.

Installing the drying cabinet hangers

Place the drying cabinet hangers in their holders. If necessary, the hangers can be lowered by lifting them straight up from their holders and folding them down towards the rear wall.

Drainage hose

  • To avoid emptying the condensate tank, the appliance can be connected to the sewerage system.
  • If the distance between the appliance and the drain exceeds 0.2 meters, a drain kit must be used. It can be ordered from Distriparts.

Re-hanging the door

WARNING:

  • Disconnect the plug from the power socket before starting the work.
  • It is recommended that two people perform the door hanging.

  1. Unscrew the lower hinge turn it to the left and remove it. Remove the door.

  4. Unscrew the upper hinge bracket (part of the front panel) and install the threaded washer on the opposite side.Cylinda-TS3190VPH-Drying-Cabinet-fig-1 \(10\)
  5. Install the lower hinge on the opposite upper side.

  7. Install the upper hinge on the opposite lower side.
  8. Unscrew the handle. Remove the cover plugs on the opposite side by using a 3 mm mandrel or drilling into them. Install the handle. Attach the cover plugs found in the accessory bag.

Finally, check the following:

  • That all screws are tightened.
  • The magnetic seal sucks firmly against the cabinet.
  • The doors open and close properly.
  • If you do not wish to carry out the above measures, you can contact your nearest authorized service workshop.
  • The service technician will turn the door for a fee.

CONTROL PANEL

DRYING PROGRAMME

  • AUTO MODE
    • Drying is switched off automatically when the selected level of dryness is reached.
  • TIMER MODE
    • Drying is switched off when the selected time is reached.
    • The door must be closed before the drying program can start.
    • Changing the drying program once a drying program has started is not possible. To change the drying program, the  Start/Stop button must be pressed. and another program selection must be made

DAILY USE

Turn off the drying program:

  • Last used drying program:
1. Press the main power switch to position 1 (the control panel displays the last used program).
2. Press the Start/Stop button. Select another drying program:
  • Automatic mode:
1. Press the program button until the Auto Mode so indicator appears.
2. Press the program setting button to select the drying level.
3. Press the Start/Stop button. The drying program **∫∫∫** indicator lights up. When the drying program is finished, the drying program **∫∫∫** indicator turns off and the drying program completion indicator turns on.
  • Timer mode:
1. Press the program button until the Timer indicator appears.
2. Press the program setting button to select the drying time.
3. Press the Start/Stop button. The drying program **∫∫∫** indicator lights up. When the drying program is completed, the drying program **∫∫∫** indicator goes out and the drying program completion indicator lights up.

Switching off the drying program

  • To manually interrupt the drying program, press the Start/Stop button.
  • To restart the drying program, press the Start/Stop button again.

The indicator for the condensation tank is full

  • The condensation water tank is full indicator lights up when the tank is full.
  • If this indicator continues while a program is running, the program will stop until the water tank is emptied and installed correctly. See “Maintenance and cleaning”.
  • Once the water tank has been replaced, the program will resume after a short delay.

The indicator for cleaning the filters

  • The filter cleaning indicator lights up when the filters need to be cleaned.
  • See “Maintenance and cleaning”. After cleaning the filters, press the O. alarm reset button.

Open door indicator

  • If the door is opened during a drying program, the » indicator flashes. If the door is left open for more than 30 minutes, the program is paused.
  • When the door is closed, the indicator stops flashing, and the program resumes.

Overheating indicator

  • The overheat protection will be right up if the system is overheated, see “Troubleshooting”. The system requires some time to cool down before the alarm can be reset by pressing the alarm reset button. After resetting, press the Start/Stop button to start again.

TIPS

  • All types of laundry, wet clothes, shoes, and equipment can be dried in a drying cabinet.
  • Laundry shall be hung up to dry in a way that allows air to circulate effectively.
  • The laundry should be evenly distributed throughout the drying cabinet.
  • Do not fill the hangers with too much laundry. Use more than one hanger for heavier garments.
  • With this drying cabinet, you can control not only the temperature but also the level of dryness. Therefore, the drying cabinet has a moisture sensor to provide optimal drying results, regardless of the type of fabric or garment to be dried.
  • For maximum efficiency, avoid opening the door during drying.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

WARNING!

  • Disconnect the plug from the socket before starting work.
  • Use only water and a mild detergent to clean the drying cabinet.

CAUTION!!

  • Never use volatile solvents
  • If water accumulates on the bottom of the drying cabinet, it should be removed with a sponge or cloth.
  • The protective plate and bottom of the drying cabinet should be kept as clean as possible at all times.
  • Usually, it is dry and can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.

Cleaning the filters
The filters collect all the lint that accumulates during drying. To ensure that the drying cabinet works perfectly, the air filter and lint filter must be cleaned at least when indicated by the product.

  • The lint filter can be accessed by lifting the cover plate.
  • Clean the filter with a damp cloth.
  • The air filter is accessed by pulling the corners of the frame outwards.
  • Rinse the filter under running water.

CAUTION! Never use the drying cabinet without a lint filter or with a damaged or blocked filter.

Emptying the condensation tank

  • It is recommended to empty the condensation water tank after each drying operation.

WARNING!

  • The condensation water is not suitable for drinking or cooking.
  • Remove the tank by pulling it outwards.
  • Empty the tank through the open lid (A).
  • Install the tank by pushing it in.
  • The tank is correctly installed when it is flush with the front panel above.
