Product Overview
The Electric Foldable Food Warmer with Hot Plate is a versatile appliance

Control Box
The control box includes buttons for operating the hot plate and warmer
settings. The power button activates the product, and the child lock ensures
safety. Follow instructions to use the controlbox efficiently.
Power Button
- Turn on the power button.
- Press the power button to activate the product into standby mode.
- If no operation within 60 seconds, it will return to power-on mode.
- To return to standby mode, press the power key again.
Child Lock
- To activate child lock, hold the child lock button for 2 seconds in standby mode.
- To deactivate child lock, press and hold the child lock button again for 2 seconds.
- To turn off the warmer with child lock activated, long press the power key for 2 seconds.
Hot Plate Operation Area
The hot plate area is designed for high-temperature cooking. Use stainless
steel, die-cast aluminum, or foil cookware only on this zone for safe
operation.
Hot Plate Mode Button
The default time for the Hot Plate mode is 45 minutes. You can adjust this
time by using the timer icon and the +/- buttons while the timer button is
flashing.
WARNING: The hot plate area can reach extremely high temperatures. Handle with caution to prevent burns.

- Appliance must be used unfolded. Do not power on the unit when folded. The appliance will shut off automatically if the panels are folded more that 90° during operation.
- This appliance shall not be used for clothes, heating or other purposes except cooking food.
- Only use with stainless steel, die-cast aluminium & foil cookware on the high temperature hot plate zone.
- Do not fold the product within 10 minutes after using the electric ceramic hot plate zone.
- Do not heat food directly on the surfaces.
Location
- For indoor use only. Do not use outdoors or near water.
- Inflammable and explosive objects should not be placed near the appliance.
- The appliance should be positioned on a horizontal table top heat-resistant surface away from water.
- Keep the appliance away from non heat-resistant materials such as carpet, table, cloth, disposable table cloth, tissue paper and plastic.
Power Cord
- WARNING: This appliance should NOT be used with extension leads and/or power boards.
- The power cord should reach from the socket to the appliance without straining the connections.
- Remove the plug from the socket, grasp the plug and pull out the power cord, do not pull on the cord directly.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter and keep it away from any hot surfaces.
- Do not let the cord run across an open space e.g. between a low socket and table.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- The power cord should be placed under the machine body during use, otherwise the power cord may be damaged or an accident may occur.
Personal Safety
- WARNING: Do not use the appliance if surface is cracked or broken.
- WARNING: Turn off the appliance if surface is cracked or broken to avoid electric shock.
- WARNING: Do not place the metal objects such as knives, forks and spoons on the surface on the appliance it may become hot.
- WARNING: Do not put more than 5kg on the appliance to avoid the crack on the heating surface.
- WARNING: The surface temperature of the hot plate area is high, please use with caution.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool completely before removing or adding parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged lead or plug, or after an appliance has malfunctioned, or has been dropped or damaged in any way.
- Do not use plastic, paper, aluminium or cloth on the heating surface. Only use metal containers on the cooking area.
Treating Scalds
- Run cold water over the affected area immediately. Do not stop to remove clothing, seek medical advice quickly.
Electrical Requirements
- WARNING: This appliance should NOT be used with extension leads and/or power boards.
- Check that the voltage on the rating label of your appliance corresponds with your house electricity supply which must be A. C.
- Ensure the grounding wire is properly grounded to avoid leakage.

Power Button
- After the power is turned on, the power button will flash.
- Press the power button to activate the product to enter the standby mode.
- If there is no further operation within 60 seconds, it will return to the power on mode.
- Press the power key again to return to the standby mode.
Child Lock
- To activate the child lock, press and hold the child lock button for 2 seconds in the standby mode (the child lock key will illuminate).
- To deactivate the child lock, press and hold the child lock key again for 2 seconds (the child lock key light will turn off).
- To turn off the warmer while the child lock is activate, long press the power key for 2 seconds.
HOT PLATE OPERATION AREA
NOTE: The product is equipped with a high temperature electric ceramic
hot plate in the centre of the middle panel (see product overview diagram on
page 7). This zone is designed to be used with stainless steel, die-cast
aluminium & foil cookware only.
Hot Plate Mode Button
- Press and hold the Hot Plate Mode button to start heating the cooking zone. The unit starts heating in default temperature setting P1 (150°C). The cooking zone has seven temperature settings from P1 (150°C) to P7 (500°C) and can be adjusted by pressing the Increase or Decrease buttons.
- The default time for the Hot Plate mode in P1 is 45 minutes. This can be adjusted by pressing the timer icon and then increasing or decreasing using the + or – buttons while the timer button and time remaining flashes. See Timer Button section below.
WARNING: The surface temperature of the hot plate area can be extremely hot, please use with caution.
Increase Button
Press the + button to increase the cooking temperature setting or press the
timer button and while it flashes, press the + key to increase the cooking
reservation time.
To pause cooking, press the cooker mode button again.
Decrease Button
Press the – button to decrease the cooking temperature setting or press the
timer button and while it flashes, press the – key to decrease the cooking
reservation time.
Timer Button
Press the timer button to display the current working time. You can adjust the
remaining time by pressing the Increase or Decrease buttons while the timer
button and time remaining flashes. The default time for the Hot Plate mode in
P1 is 45 minutes.

WARMER OPERATION AREA
NOTE: The product is equipped with warming panels (see product overview
diagram on page 7). Warming panels are suitable for Metal, Enamel, Glass,
Ceramic, Stone & Foil cookware.
Warmer Mode Button
Press the warmer mode button in standby mode to start heating the panels with
the default temperature of 100°C and warming reservation time of 2 hours. The
Warmer mode button will illuminate.
Temperature Control Button
Press the temperature control button to adjust the temperature from any of the
three allowable warming temperatures (80°C, 100°C or 120°C).
Timer Button
Press the timer button to adjust the warming countdown timer from any of the
three allowable settings (1h, 2h or 4h).
NOTE: The control panel includes a hot plate operation area and food
warmer operation area, which can work independently or simultaneously.
NOTE: During warming mode, the hot plate also heats, but for a short
time. The default program automatically heats up for 2 seconds and stops for
34 seconds to reach a consistent 140°C. The temperature of the left and right
Warmer panels are different from the hot plate. If you select from the three
allowable warming temperatures (80°C, 100°C or 120°C). The hot plate will
slowly heat up until it stabilizes and reaches 140°C. This enables you to have
another area for warming food.
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Thoroughly wash the product by hand with a clean cloth or paper towel. Do NOT wash it directly or immerse the product in water.
- Check that all accessories are complete and the appliance is not damaged.
- Hold the left heating plate (without control box), with your left hand and lift it up and place it on the table, as shown in figure below.
NOTE: During first use, the product may emit a slight odour. This is normal.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Plug one end of the power cord securely to the control box’s plug socket and plug the other end of the cord into a power socket.
- The power button will flash once the power is turned on and a beep will sound. At this stage, only the power key is in use and the product is in standby mode.
Hot Plate Mode
- To activate the electric ceramic hot plate in the centre of the middle panel, press and hold the Hot Plate button for two seconds. See diagram on page 14.
- The unit starts heating in default temperature setting P1 (150°C). The hot plate has seven temperature settings from P1 (150°C) to P7 (500°C) and can be adjusted by pressing the Increase + or Decrease – buttons.
- The default time for the Hot Plate mode in P1 is 45 minutes. This can be adjusted by pressing the timer icon and then increasing or decreasing using the + or – buttons while the timer button and time remaining flashes. If no adjustments are made after the default 45 minutes, the unit will automatically go to standby mode.
- You can pause cooking by pressing the button. The hot plate will pause and the button and display indicator light will flash. To resume cooking, press the button and the light will illuminate. At the same time, the light will go out and the product will start cooking. To stop cooking, press and hold the button for 2 seconds, and the appliance will enter the standby state and the power button and display will illuminate and the button light will go out.
Warmer Mode
- The power button will flash once the power is turned on and a beep will sound. At this stage, only the power key is in use and the product is in standby mode.
- In standby mode, press the Warmer Mode button ****to start warming the zones with the default temperature of 100°C and reservation time of 2 hours. The temperature control and timer buttons will both illuminate.
- Press the temperature control button ****to adjust the temperature from any of the three allowable warming temperatures (80°C, 100°C or 120°C).
- Press the timer button to adjust the warming countdown timer from any of the three allowable settings (1h, 2h or 4h).
- To stop the warming function, press the Warmer Mode button again and the appliance will enter the standby state and the power button and display will illuminate and the Warmer Mode button light will go out. After approximately 1 minute, the unit will go into standby mode and the Power button will flash.
Warmer & Hot Plate Mode
NOTE: The Warmer & Hot Plate modes can work at the same time or independently without affecting each other. When the hot plate mode starts, the warmer panels can also operate at the same time.
- To activate the electric ceramic hot plate area in the centre of the middle panel, press and hold the Hot Plate button for two seconds. Refer to more detailed instructions on page 13.
- To activate the Warmer panels at the same time, press the Warmer Mode button **to start warming the zones with the default temperature of 100°C and reservation time of 2 hours. The temperature control and timer buttons will both illuminate. Refer to more detailed instructions on page 13.
NOTE** : During Warming mode, the hot plate also heats, but for a short time. The default program automatically heats up for 2 seconds and stops for 34 seconds to reach a consistent 140°C. The temperature of the left and right Warmer panels are different from the hot plate. If you select from the three allowable warming temperatures (80°C, 100°C or 120°C). The hot plate will slowly heat up until it stabilizes and reaches 140°C. This enables you to have another area for warming food.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- WARNING: Ensure the appliance is cool, clean and dry before storing.
- Storage and folding instructions are shown in below figure: Lift the left warming panel with your left hand and unfold it.
- Do not store the appliance in a hot and humid place.
- Store the appliance in the supplied packaging or in a clean and dry place.
TIPS FOR YOUR PRODUCT
- WARNING: Do NOT use this product when folded.
- During operation, if the panels are rotated more than 90° the unit will shut off. When reactivating, the unit will be in stand by mode.
- When the Hot Plate button is pressed during operation, cooking pauses and the blinks. To resume cooking, press the button and the light will illuminate. At the same time, the will flash. Press the again, the light will go out and the product will start cooking.
- Always use oven gloves when moving hot containers.
- WARNING : Do not touch hot surfaces.
MAINTENANCE
- If the unit fails to operate efficiently, is broken or other problems arise, unplug and do not operate.
- Ask for advice by calling your local after sales service agent or the Customer Care Centre on 1300 556 816 (AU) / 0800 666 2824 (NZ).
