Broil
To cook food evenly, hot air must be able to circulate.
Accessories:
Instruction:
- Level 1 – LOW: This level is used to ultimate cooking of those product already cooked in the bottom, that still need to develop some browning on the top; otherwise it is useful for those products that have to cook/kept warm for long time with no risk of burning.
- Level 2 – MEDIUM: This is used to cook some types of meat that have to be cooked evenly outside and inside. It is also suitable to toast bread slowly, to gratinate foods and to reheat them.
- Level 3 – HIGH: This level is intended for those foods that have to rapidly develop an intense browning on the surface, or for toasting bread or to finish gratinating foods.
Procedure:
- Open the door and insert the food to rack position 2 or 1 or oven bottom.
- Select the desired temperature and cooking time.
- Press the START/Add 30 button.
- After the cycle ends, let the product rest for at least 5 minutes.
