SAFETY
✔ For multilayer gloves that can be separated, the performance of levels are
only applicable to the whole glove including all layers.
✖ DO NOT use where there is risk of entanglement by moving parts.
✔ When gloves are intended for arc welding: these gloves do not provide
protection against electric shock caused by defective or live working
equipment. Note that electrical resistance is reduced if the gloves are wet,
dirty or soaked with sweat. This could increase the risk of electric shock.
✔ Protection is only given to the palm of the hand, the cuff will give
adequate protection against small splashes of molten metal.
✔ There are substances in the glove which are known to cause allergies. A list
of raw substances is available upon request.
✔ Type B gloves are recommend when high dexterity is required, as for TIG
welding. Type A gloves are recommended for other welding processes.
✔ There is no standardized test method at present for detecting UV penetration
of materials for gloves, but the current methods of construction of protective
gloves for welders do not normally allow penetration of UV radiation.
