Important Safety Information
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible or their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance is intended to be used in households and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; farmhouses; by clients in hotels; motels and other residential-type environments; and bed and breakfast-type environments.
- Appliances are not intended to be operated using an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, secure surface to eliminate the possibility of tipping over or avoid any water in the set.
- Before using the appliance, check if the voltage marked on the rating label corresponds to the mains at your home.

- To prevent the risk of electric shock, DO NOT USE the set with broken power supply wires, broken fuse or broken plug. All repair works must be done by a professional (authorized distributor). NEVER TRY TO REPAIR the cable or plug by yourself. Please take the damaged set to your local authorized maintenance centre.
- Use of an extension cord is not recommended as it may overheat and cause a risk of fire. Must use the same specification power cord as the original power cord.
- Open the package and ensure that the appliance is undamaged. In case of doubt do not use the appliance and contact your supplier.
- To prevent overloading and blowing fuses, ensure that no other high-power appliance is plugged into the same socket or another socket that is connected to the same circuit.
- DO NOT OPERATE this appliance near water sources or flammable liquids.
- This appliance cannot be used beside the stove and other high-temperature objects.
- DO NOT PUT the cord under the carpet, or blankets. Always keep the power cable away from the walkway in the room.
- The appliance is not intended for use in wet locations. Never locate the appliance where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
- DO NOT OPERATE this appliance on or near any hot surface.
- Do not hang the power cord on the edge of a table or touch the surface with high temperature to avoid damage to the power cord.
- Do not allow to turn on this appliance if you have not placed any food on it.
- To avoid any danger of explosion, please do not heat the canned goods before removing their cover.
- To prevent any accident, do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as a tablecloth or curtains. Do not operate this appliance near water sources or flammable liquids within 10cm.
- For first-time operations, there will be some smoke or smell. This situation happens properly. Don’t worry about that.
- Never try to touch the hot surface of this appliance before it is cooled down.
- If this appliance has been used for a very long time, the surface of the appliance will fade, this situation also happens properly.
Main Parts
Operations

Take apart all accessories, and clean them with a soft damp cloth. Place your appliance on a level and stable surface. Make sure that all package materials are removed before use.

Fill with tap water up to the fill line in the water tray and make sure the water level remains below the heating element.

Place the base on a flat, level surface.

Place the water tray at the bottom of the base. (Note: Please do not drip water onto the heating element.)
Preparation Before Use: -
Place the grease tray on the base.

Place the grill plate on the heating element
-
Place the heating element on the base, aligning the safety cut-off switch on the base with the safety cut-off switch on the base.

Plug the power plug into the power socket, and plug the power plug into a 220-240V~ 50- 60Hz electrical outlet, the Grill is ready for use.
NOTE: The Grill will not operate if the grill plate, heating element, grease tray and water tray are not installed correctly on the safety cut-off switch.
For a first-time operation, there will be some smoke or smell for about 60 seconds. Because this Grill has some protective oil on the surface during production.
If the heating element is removed during the operation of the Grill, the Grill will automatically shut down. -

OPERATION TIPS
- Do not use the Grill without a fan, because it will cause the accumulation of fat inside it and may affect the correctness of its operation.
- Do not allow to turn on this Grill if you have not placed any food on it.
- For first-time operations, there will be some smoke or smell. This situation happens properly. Don’t worry about that.
- If this Grill is using a very long time, the surface of the Grill will fade, this situation also happens properly.
The Grill may be operated by the control panel
Connect this Grill to the power supply, and the On/Off
The key Icon will flash on, and then it will stay in stand-by mode.
Press the On/Off Key , the Display will show .
Press the temperature key , then press increase or decrease cooking
temperature. (Temperature control range: 100℃/120℃/ 160℃/190℃/210℃/230℃).
Press the timer key , then press the to increase or decrease cooking time, (5 minutes at a time / Time control range: 20 minutes to 120 minutes).
Press the fan key , the fan key Icon will light on, the fan will start to
work.
NOTE: The fan should be kept running throughout the grilling process to
prevent grease build-up.
- Set the temperature to 160℃ and preheat the BBQ Grill for 6 minutes, then place any food on the Grill Plate under the heating sources according to different heat of cooking request.
- When finished using the Grill, press the On/Off Key to turn off the Grill and unplug the power cord. Wait until the Grill is completely cooled down before moving or cleaning.
Note: To enhance the safety of use, this Grill is preset with a 90-minute forced shutdown function
CAUTION
WARNING : ALWAYS UNPLUG THE POWER CORD BEFORE MOVING OR SERVICING. DO NOT
IMMERSE THE BASE OF THE GRILL IN WATER! BEFORE CLEANING, MAKE SURE THAT THE
UNIT HAS BEEN SWITCHED OFF AND IT IS UNPLUGGED FROM THE MAIN OUTLET AND LET
THE GRILL COOL DOWN COMPLETELY.
Note: Open the glass lid to let the Grill cool down more quickly.
Housing : Clean the outside and grille of the base of the Grill and heating element with a soft cloth. To remove persistent dirt, wipe down with a cloth that has been dampened with warm soapy water.
- Clean the Grill each time
- Do NOT use abrasive, corrosive or flammable cleansers (such as bleach or alcohol) to clean any part of the Grill.
- Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean the grill plate, water tray, grease tray and glass lid.
- Wipe the outside of the Grill with a moist cloth.
- Do not soak the grill plate. This could damage the non-stick coating.
- Do not remove and clean the fan in the Base
- Do not immerse the plug, heating element and grill base in water to clean
Tip: If dirt is stuck to the grill plate, fill the grill plate with hot
water and a mild cleaner. Let the grill plate soak for approximately 10
minutes.

cool and dry place.

- If the product has been damaged through abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents;
- Unauthorized repair, alteration/modification;
- The housing, cover, glass lid, grill plate, grease tray, water tray or accessories, are excluded from this warranty.
- The customer is requested to bring the unit to and from our Service Centre whenever service is needed.
- Any defective parts, which had been replaced, shall be of our property.
- This warranty is valid in H.K.S.A.R. only.
