CASTOR WHEELS INSTALLATION
Pro-Series Castor Twin Wheels Desks
We’ve created this durable, dual wheel, long lasting kit that will enable you
to shift your desk around on solid surfaces without compromising sturdiness or
stability.
Enclosed in the Castor Wheels Kit, you will find the following contents:
a 4x Braked castor wheels
b 4x Reducing collars
c 4x Spacers
d 4x Spring washers
e 4x Bolts

Remove the 4 adjustable pads on the feet of your desk frame.
The castor wheels will be replacing these.

Assemble the 4 sets of bolts exactly as shown below.
It’s important to assemble these correctly, otherwise the stability of your desk may be compromised.

Insert the bolt assembly through the hole of the braked castor wheel until it’s protruding through the other side as shown.

Screw in the castor wheel/bolt assembly into the adjustable pad screw hole. You’ll need a shifter or 13mm spanner (1/2 inch also ok) to tighten up the bolt. Tighten up until firm (ensuring the spring washer feels compressed). There is no need to tighten beyond this point.

Brake activation.
To activate the brake, simply depress the lever with your foot until it clicks in place. We recommend activating the brakes on all 4 castors to ensure full stability and to ensure safe operation of your moveable desk.
To release, simply use your foot to flick the lever back to the horizontal position.
