Failure to observe the following warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
**All safety regulations and instructions should be kept for future
use.**
1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge ifthey have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
2. WARNING : This tool must be placed on its stand when not in use.
3. The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with
the appliance.
4. This appliance contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
WARNING : For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit provided with this appliance. The type of detachable supply unit is: M26EU050100
Safety regulations
- People who are unfamiliar with the hot staple pen or do not understand these instructions are not allowed to operate the equipment.
- Children shall not use the hot staple pen, Children over eight years old and persons with physical, sensory, or mental defects or lack of experience and knowledge can use this equipment if they are supervised by the person responsible for their safety or have received guidance from guardians on the use of the equipment and have learned about possible dangers. Otherwise, there is a risk of misuse and personal injury.
- Ensure children are supervised so they do not play with the equipment.
- Children are not allowed to clean and maintain the equipment without supervision.
- Check the hot staple pen before each use.Stop use the equipment immediately if any signs of damage are found.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the hot staple pen,disassembly may increase the risk of burns,decrease the safety of the product,or affect the performance of the product.
- Do not leave the hot staple pen left unattended after it is turned on. Do not touch the tip to avoid risk of burns.
- Put the product in a safe place after use to prevent it from falling from a high place.Strictly prevent children from putting the product in their mouth or playing with it.
- After use, safely store the hot staple pen that has been turned off, and allow it to cool completely before packing it away. Avoid harm caused by the hot staple.
- This equipment is not waterproof, not resistant to falling, and it is strictly forbidden to beat it or hit other hard objects with the heating head.
- Ensure that the workplace is well ventilated. Gas and steam produced during work are likely to harm health.
- Wear safety goggles, heat resistant gloves and face mask when operate the equipment.
Special Safety Instructions for Battery and Charger
- For the purpose of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit(M26EU050100) provided with this appliance.
- If under extreme conditions any electrolyte should escape from the battery, it’s essential to avoid contact with skin. If electrolyte does come into contact with your skin, rinse it off with water. In the event of electrolyte contact with your eyes, it’s essential to consult a doctor.
- a) Before the use of the charger, read the instruction manual for it carefully.
- b) During the charge process, the current used should correspond to the current of the battery charger.
- c) Never let moisture, rain or splashed water reaches the charging location.
- d) The ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C. Never expose the device to direct insulation.
- e) If the electrical cable is damaged, the wire may only be replaced by the supplier or by his repair workshop. Have repairs carried out only by an authorized specialist only.
- f) Always keep the surface of the charger free from dust and dirt.
- g) Do not throw batteries into water or fire, risk of explosion!
- h) Never discharge the battery completely and recharge occasionally if not used for a prolonged period.
- I) After the equipment is fully charged, please cut off the power supply in time to prevent equipment damage or more serious disasters caused by accidents such as lightning strikes.

OPERATION
Startup
Push the toggle switch (4) to the ON position, press the switch button (3), the front LED Light (2) is on; now you can use the pen.
Shutdown
Release the switch button (3) to shut it down.
Use Staples (Fig2)
Clean the damaged surface, choose a suitable heating repair staple according to the damaged location and place it in the tip of the heating tube(!) (interface design, can connect repair staples at various angle),keep the stapler perpendicular to the damaged surface,press and hold the switch button(3) for 2-3seconds until the staple is hot enough to weld,Then press the staple gently against the damaged surface,When the staple is half way into the plastic material stop pressing and release the switch button(3) ,Wait for a few seconds until the repair becomes firm.
Once plastic has cooled and staple if fully secure, pull stapler pen gently back to release. if the damaged surface is very long or wide,insert extra pins, 1/2 inch apart,Cut off the pins with a side cutter,then grind the remains of the pin with a sander/grinder.
DO NOT press the repair pins too hard as it may penetrate the plastic too far.
Recharge (Figl)
During operation, if the front LED light (2) flashes continuously, it
indicates that the battery is exhausted and you should recharge it in time.
Use a USB type-C charging cable(9) to connect the power adapter and charging
port(S) to recharge the product. If the charging indicator(6) is on in red, it
indicates that recharging is in progress; if the charging indicator (6) is on
in green, it indicates that recharging is completed.
