Product Usage Instructions

  • Prepare Tools:
    • Battery: 48V (recommended to use a battery system of not less than 75AH)
    • Cables: 2 Sets of 7AWG Cables (provided by the manufacturer)
  • Installation Steps:
    • a. Confirm the positive and negative poles of the battery, install the cables and tighten the screws.
    • b. Find the positive and negative poles of the inverter input terminals, install the cables and tighten them. Red: positive, black: negative.
    • c. Use a multimeter to confirm the inverter input voltage. Ensure the voltage reaches about 48V before turning on the inverter.
    • d. After turning on the inverter, confirm whether the LED display normally displays the input and output voltages.
  • Notes:
    • a. Please use the standard battery cables provided. The spare fuses sent with the package are for backup. Contact us if any parts are missing.
    • b. Do not connect the inverter to grid power to avoid permanent damage.
    • c. Fully charge the battery before installing the inverter to prevent low-voltage issues.
    • d. Pay attention to the polarity when connecting the battery and inverter. Tighten screws properly to ensure stable current flow.
    • e. For installation demonstration, measure output voltage with a multimeter without adding load appliances. Always turn on the inverter first before operating.

FAQs

Q: What should I do if the LED display does not show input/output voltages after turning on the inverter?

A: Check the cable connections, ensure proper polarity, and confirm that the battery is fully charged. Contact customer service for further assistance if needed.

Q: Can I use a different set of cables instead of the ones provided?

A: It is recommended to use the cables provided by the manufacturer to ensure compatibility and safe operation of the inverter.

Q: How do I know if my battery system meets the minimum recommended capacity?

A: Check the specifications of your battery system or consult with the manufacturer to verify that it meets or exceeds the minimum requirement of not less than 75AH.

Q: What should I do if I accidentally connect the battery or inverter in reverse?

A: Disconnect immediately and recheck the connections following the correct polarity. Reversing connections can cause damage to the inverter and battery.

Installation And Usage Instructions

  1. Prepare tools (for 3000W 48VDC inverter):
    • Battery: 48V (recommended to use a battery system of not less than 75AH)
    • Cables: 2 Sets of 7AWG Cables (provided by the manufacturer)
  2. Installation steps
    • a. Confirm the positive and negative poles of the battery, and install the cables and tighten the screws.WZRELB-RBPRC-300048-Pure-Sine-Wave-Power-Inverter-Remote-Control-with-2-AC-Outlets-FIG-1 \(1\)
    • b. Find the positive and negative poles of the inverter input terminals, install the cables and tighten them. Red: positive, black: negative.
    • c. Use a multimeter to confirm the inverter input voltage. Make sure the voltage reaches about 48V before turning on the inverter.WZRELB-RBPRC-300048-Pure-Sine-Wave-Power-Inverter-Remote-Control-with-2-AC-Outlets-FIG-1 \(3\)
    • d. After turning on the inverter, confirm whether the LED display normally displays the input and output voltages.WZRELB-RBPRC-300048-Pure-Sine-Wave-Power-Inverter-Remote-Control-with-2-AC-Outlets-FIG-1 \(4\)
  3. Notes:
  4. a. Please use the standard battery cables which we sent and the spare fuses sent with the package are spare ones. If any missing parts, please contact me freely.
  5. b. Don’t connect the inverter with grid power, or the inverter may have permanent damage.
  6. c. Pls fully charge the battery before installing the inverter. There are some large capacitors built into the inverter, so it may be in the low-voltage protection or even unable to turn on when the battery power is low.
  7. d. Please pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the battery and the inverter, do not connect them in reverse. Please tighten the screws not to loosen them to prevent the current from being unstable.
  8. e. Our installation demonstration does not add load appliances but directly measures the output voltage with a multimeter. When you are operating,. please turn on the inverter first then turn on your loads, or the output may be not stable in the first seconds, also, turn off the load first then turn off your inverter
  9. f. Here are some tips for automatically shutdown issues when running loads
  10. Pls check if there is a fuse or breaker installed in your system, generally, we recommend that a 75Amp fuse be installed between the inverter and the battery for the 3000watt 48volt DC version.
  11. Pls check if use standard cables If use your cable, please make sure that the cable specification is larger than AWG4, and if the length exceeds 1 meter, please thicken the cable. Note that there is a voltage drop between the battery and the inverter, the thinner and longer the cable, the greater the voltage drop.
  12. . Pls confirm your battery system capacity ≥ 75AH We recommend connecting to a battery system ≥ 75AH for a 3000 Watt 48VDC inverter. When the DC LED reading drops while the load is running, your battery capacity is likely too small to supply power to the load. Please try to add other batteries to your previous battery system. It is recommended that a battery system use identical battery units
  13. Please do not overload. Loads are divided into resistive loads and inductive loads. If need the inverter to run the resistive load (like a laptop, TV, electric cooker, or LED light), please choose the inverter with continuous power higher than the appliance’s rated power. If use microwaves, water pumps, air conditioners and other appliances with motors or compressors, please choose the inverter whose continuous power is 3-7 times higher than your appliances. If wanna power up a refrigerator, we suggest you use a 10 times higher power inverter it is best to use 80% of the rated power

Please check the attachment about usage, we are always here for you to solve your problems and take responsibility for our products, millions thanks. Sincerely and yours, Reliable Customer Service
