Product Usage Instructions

Installation Steps:

  1. Prepare the necessary tools and components:
    • Battery: 24V (recommended to use a battery system of not less than 150AH)
    • Cables: 2 Sets of 7AWG Cables (provided by the manufacturer)
  2. Confirm the positive and negative poles of the battery:
    • Install the cables and tighten the screws.
  3. Find the positive and negative poles of the inverter input terminals:
    • Install the cables and tighten them.
    • Red cable connects to the positive pole, black cable connects to the negative pole.
  4. Use a multimeter to confirm the inverter input voltage:
    • Make sure the voltage reaches about 24V before turning on the inverter.
  5. After turning on the inverter:
    • Confirm whether the LED display normally displays the input and output voltages.

Notes:

  • Please use the standard battery cables provided.
  • The spare fuses sent with the package are for replacement purposes.
  • Do not connect the inverter with grid power to avoid permanent damage.
  • Ensure the battery is fully charged before installing the inverter.
  • Pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the battery and the inverter, and do not connect them in reverse.
  • Tighten the screws properly to prevent unstable current.
  • During operation, turn on the inverter first before using any load appliances.

A: The inverter contains large capacitors that require sufficient battery power to function properly. Low battery power may result in low-voltage protection or inability to turn on the inverter.

Q: How should I connect the battery and inverter?

A: Make sure to connect the positive and negative poles correctly. Do not connect them in reverse.

Q: What should I do if the LED display does not show input and output voltages?

Installation and usage instructions

  1. Prepare tools (for 3000W 24VDC inverter):

  2. Installation steps

    • a. Confirm the positive and negative poles of the battery, install the cables and tighten the screws.
    • b.Find the positive and negative poles of the inverter input terminals, install the cables and tighten them. Red: positive, black: negative.
    • c.Use a multimeter to confirm the inverter input voltage.Make sure the voltage reaches about 24V before turning on the inverter.
    • d. After turning on the inverter, confirm whether the LED display normally displays the input and output voltages.

Notes:

  • a.Please use the standard battery cables which we sent and the spare fuses sent with the package are spare ones. If any missing parts, please contact with me freely.

  • b.Don’t connect the inverter with grid power, or the inverter may have permanent damage.

  • c . Pls fully charge the battery before installing the inverter. There are some large capacitors built into the inverter, so it may be in the low-voltage protection or even unable to turn on when the battery power is low.

  • d. Please pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the battery and the inverter, do not connect them in reverse. Please tighten the screws not to loosen to prevent the current from being unstable.

  • e. Our installation demonstration does not add load appliances, but directly measures the output voltage with a multimeter. When you are operating,. please turn on the inverter first then turn on your loads, or the output may be not stable at the first seconds,also,turn off the load first then turn off your inverter

  • f. Here are some tips for automatically shutdown issues when running loads

    1. Pls check if there is a fuse or breaker installed in your system,generally,we recommend that a 150Amp fuse be installed between the inverter and the battery for the 3000watt 24volt dc version.

    2. Pls check if use standard cables all If use your own cable, please make sure that the cable specification is larger than AWG4, and if the length exceeds 1 meter, please thicken the cable .
      Note that there is a voltage drop between the battery and the inverter,the thinner and longer the cable, the greater the voltage drop.

    3. Pls confirm your battery system capacity ≥ 150AH We recommend connecting to a battery system ≥ 150AH for a 3000 Watt 24VDC inverter. When the DC LED reading drops while the load is running, it is likely that your battery capacity is too small to supply power to the load. Please try to add other batteries to your previous battery system. It is recommended that a battery system use identical battery units

    4. Please do not overload. Loads are divided into resistive loads and inductive loads.If need the inverter to run the resistive load (like laptop, TV, electric cooker,LED light), please choose the inverter with continuous power higher than the appliance’s rated power. If use microwaves, water pumps, air conditioners and other appliances with motors or compressors, please choose the inverter whose continuous power is 3-7 times higher than your appliances.If wanna to power up a refrigerator, we suggest you use 10 times higher power inverter And it is best to use 80% of the rated power Please check the attachment about usage,we are always here for you to solve your problems and take responsibility of our products, millions thanks.
