Safety Precautions
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS carefully, even if you are familiar with the appliance.

Assembly Instructions
- Rinse the lid, juicing cones, and container- DO NOT rinse the motor base. The motor base can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Place the Juice container over the spindle and turn the container clockwise to lock it in place.
- Place the Pulp filter on top of the Juice container.
- Position the juicing cone over the spindle, securing it into place.
- Place the juicer lid over the cone.
- Plug in the power cord.
How to Use

Unroll the cord completely before plugging it into a power outlet and then lift the lid.

Cut the fruit in half. Place your fruit cut side down on the cone, applying pressure gently. The cone will automatically start rotating once the pressure is applied.

Use a big juicing cone for bigger citrus such as orange, and a small juicing cone for smaller citrus such as lemon.

Center fruits and maintain a constant pressure for best results. If you remove the pressure and then reapply it, the cone will change direction every time; this is normal and provides a more even, effective juicing.
Important! Do not operate the Citrus juicer for more than 5 minutes at a time. After 5 minutes of continuous operation leave the appliance to rest for 20 minutes. -
To stop the appliance, simply stop applying pressure to the cone.

If you process a large quantity of fruit, you must periodically clean the filter and remove the extra pulp.
Note: We recommend that you wash the accessories immediately after use to prevent the pulp from drying on. It is harder to remove it later.
Tips and Tricks
- Choose the fruit that is firm, not soft-it will yield more juice. Roll it on the countertop with your hand a few times.
- Room-temperature fruit will yield more juice than a refrigerated one.
- Leave pulp in when using juice for baking – it will add more flavor.
- Use hollow fruit skins for desserts, like sorbets.
- Freeze leftover juice in ice cube trays and use it to make lemonade or a smoothie.
Cleaning and Care
- Once you have finished using the appliance, unplug it from the power outlet and clean the appliance.

- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth with a few drops of dish washing liquid and then dry.
- When not using the appliance, store it in a dry place out of children’s reach. You can store the appliance assembled. The lid will protect accessories that are designed for direct contact with food against dust.
