Wearing headphones

  • Connect a pluggable hose microphone.
  • Put the side marked L on the left ear and the side marked R on the right ear.
  • Adjust the ear pads and headband for a comfortable fit.
  • Adjust the microphone as desired.

  • Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off, the prompt sound “Power ON/OFF”
  • Double tap to turn on/off the LED lights on both sides of the earcups

Features

Charging Tips

  •  When the battery is lower than 3.2V, the earphone will report a “beep”
    sound, indicating that the battery is currently in a low power state and the
    earphone needs to be charged.

Indicator light

  •  When the headset is turned on, the blue light flashes quickly in the search and connection state.
  • Turn on the headset, in the connected state, short press the microphone mute button ” ” the microphone mute blue light goes out, and the microphone mute blue light is on; in the Bluetooth connection state, long press the microphone mute button “ ” for 3 seconds to enter pairing status, the blue light flashes quickly.
  • The headset is turned on, and the blue light is always on when the connection is successful.
  • When the headset is turned on, the blue light flashes slowly in the disconnected state.
  • When the headset is turned on/off, in charging state, the red light is always on, and the red light is off when fully charged.

Automatic shut-down

  • Turn on the headset, if the pairing is not successful after 10 minutes, the headset will automatically shut down.
  • When the headset is successfully paired with Bluetooth/2.4G, if there is no audio output for 10 minutes, the headset will automatically shut down.
  • When the battery is lower than 3.2V, the earphone will report a “beep” sound and automatically shut down after two minutes.

3.5mm audio cable connection

Use the Type-c to 3.5mm audio cable to connect the Type-C port of the headset and the AUX output port of the audio source, and the headset can be turned into a wired headset to work:

1. Connect the Type-C port of the audio cable to the headset.
2. Connect the other connector of the audio cable to the 3.5mm headphone jack on your PC, Mac, mobile or game console device.

2.4G wireless connection

1. Insert the USB Dongle into the USB port on the PC, Mac or PS4 and the Bluetooth of the device that has been connected to the headset Bluetooth mode is not turned on.
2. Turn on the headset, the headset will automatically pair and connect to the USB Dongle. After the pairing is successful, the blue light of the headset is always on, the blue light of the USB receiver is always on, and the headset will report a “beep” sound.

3. Switch from 2.4G mode to Bluetooth mode:

If the headset is not connected to the USB Dongle after it is turned on, it can be paired and connected with a Bluetooth device.

When the headset is connected to the USB Dongle, unplug the USB Dongle, disconnect the connection with the USB Dongle, the blue light flashes slowly, and you can pair and connect with the Bluetooth device.

1. Turn on the headset, the blue light flashes quickly, the headset enters the search state and the USB Dongle is not plugged into the USB port at this time, that is, it is not in working state.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, search for the name “MZ-327” and pair it. The blue light of the headset is always on when the pairing is successful.

3. When the headset is connected to the mobile phone and is playing, short press the power switch key “ ” to realize the play/pause function.
4. When the headset is connected to the mobile phone, when there is an incoming call, short press the power switch key ” ” to answer the call; during a call, short press the power switch key ” ” to hang up the call.

5. Switch the Bluetooth mode to 2.4G mode:

  • When the headset is not connected to the mobile phone via Bluetooth after it is turned on, it can be paired with the USB Dongle.
  • When the headset is connected to the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, long press the microphone mute button ” ” for 3 seconds to disconnect the Bluetooth connection with the mobile phone, the blue light flashes slowly, and the USB Dongle can be paired and connected.

Care and Maintenance

  • Do not put this product in a place that is too cold or humid, so as not to affect the internal circuit of the product; avoid using this product during intense exercise or sweating a lot to prevent sweat from penetrating into the product and damaging the product.

Troubleshooting

Can’t turn on headset

  • The headset will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity. Please turn on the headset again.
  • Charge the battery.
  • The headset is not connected to the mobile device
  • On mobile devices, turn off the Bluetooth function and turn it back on. Then try pairing again.
  • Remove “MZ-327” from the mobile device’s Bluetooth list. Then try pairing again.
  • Move your mobile device close to the headset, away from other distractions or obstacles.
  • Try pairing with another mobile device.

No sound

  • Make sure the headset is turned on and the battery is charged.
  • Make sure your headphones and mobile device (or music app) are turned up.
  • Try another music program.
  • Try pairing with another mobile device.
  • If two mobile devices are actively connected, first make sure the other devices are suspended.

Poor sound quality

  • Keep your mobile device close to the headset and away from any distractions.
  • Try pairing with another mobile device.
