HOW TO OPEN IT!
Thank you for purchasing our product.
Due to the excellent waterproof features and tight sealing of our product, it may be challenging to open the lock box upon receiving it. Please don’t worry, as this is a normal occurrence, possibly due to pressure and collisions during transportation. You can follow the methods below to open it.
After entering the default password 0-0-0-0, please forcefully flip the password panel. If it still doesn’t open, as shown in Figure 1, please try one of the following methods.
Method 1
Gently tap the top cover with a fist or palm to release internal pressure, as shown in the image corresponding to Figure 2. Then, proceed with the steps illustrated in Figure 3, and forcefully open the cover.
Method 2
Hold the product and lightly tap one of its corners on a carpet or tabletop to release internal pressure, then forcefully open the lock box, as shown in the image corresponding to Figure 4.
Once you have successfully opened it, this issue should not occur again during normal use.

What should I do if the lockbox doesn’t open with the default password? After entering the default password, if the lockbox does not open, you may need to apply force to the password panel. If it still doesn’t open, try gently tapping the cover or one of its corners to release internal pressure and then open it forcefully. Will I always have difficulty opening the lockbox? No, the difficulty in opening the lock box should only occur upon initial use due to transportation-related pressure changes. It should not reoccur in normal subsequent use.
