- How to reset the headset?
- To reset the headset, ensure it is turned off and then press and hold the Switch button for 8 seconds.
- Why does the headset turn off automatically?
- The headset may turn off automatically due to low battery level or if there is no connected device for 10 minutes.

Pairing with Mobile/ PC/ Laptop
Turn on the Bluetooth function of the user’s mobile phone (or other bluetooth devices) to search or pair with YYK-520 headset. Once found, click on the YYK-520 to pair. (The password is 0000 if needed). After successful pairing and connection, the headset indicator light will go off, indicating that the pairing connection is successful.
Power
Power On/Off (Switch Button)
- Power on: Press and hold the Switch button for about 1 second until the blue light turns on, once it’s on, the red and blue lights will flash alternately. (At this state, it enters pairing mode, waiting for connection)
- Power off: Press and hold the Switch button for 5 seconds and the red and blue flashing light will turn off.
- Automatic Power on: Unplug the Type-C charging cable connected to the top of the headset.
- Automatic Power on: Unplug the Type-C charging cable connected to the top of the headset.
- Automatic Power off: The device will shut down automatically after 3 minutes without connection with any devices.
- Automatic Power off: Place the headset back into the charging compartment and close the case.

- Waterproof in daily activities (including sweating, raining, face-washing and showering, except swimming in water, etc.)
- Note that the Wireless signal of mobile phones can’t be transmitted in water.

Why is the sound of the headset quiet?
If the headset volume is increased to the volume limit via the headset volume
- button. Please try to increase the volume via the android phone volume+ button. If you can’t increase the sound of the headphones through the volume keys of your phone, please contact us via email and we will give you a satisfactory answer.

How to charge the headset?
- Connect the type C port to the top of the headset
- While charging the red LED indicator light will be on, the red light will be off when the headset is fully charged.
- Place the headset back into the charging compartment.
Why cannot I detect Wireless?
Why Wireless pairing failure?
- The Wireless range is 10m; please ensure no obstacles and place the mobile phone close to the headset.
- If the headset is connected to other mobile phone or devices, please disconnect first.
- Please reboot the Wireless device and reset the headset.
How to reset?
- Make sure the headset is off, press and hold the Switch button for 8 seconds.

- Please ensure sufficient battery level.
- In addition,the headset will automatically disconnect Wireless for 10 minutes if no device is connected.
Why cannot I recharge the headset?
- Please ensure the charging cable or charger is ina good state and with proper connection.
- To ensure proper connection, press the headset to fully connect the charging points to the charging bin.
- The headset charging points might be stained with dust or sweat. When place them into the charging bin for recharging, please clean with alcohol or cloth.
- Please wipe the sweat on the headset before putting into the charging bin, and the indicator lights will turn on.
- Once the prompt tone“Low Batteey”appears, please recharge the headset. When the number displayed by the LED lights on the charging binreaches“10”, please recharge the charging bin.Please pay attention to not using up the battery of the headset and charging bin, as it may shorten the service life of the built-in lithium battery.
