Woodpeckers REV022023 Align A Saw System
WARNING! To reduce the risk of injury, make sure your table saw is unplugged before installation.
ALIGN-A-SAW PLATE
- Replace your saw blade with an Align-A-Saw Plate whenever making critical adjustments to your table saw. The precision-ground surface is longer and straighter than a saw blade plate.
- For table-to-arbor alignment, measure from the miter slot to the Plate with a precision measuring device such as either of Woodpecker saw Gauges (sold separately) at the front and rear of the Plate.
- Adjust according to your saw manufacturer’s instructions. FIGURE 1
ALIGN-A-SAW GAUGE
- Drop the red base into the miter slot of your table saw and install the Align-A-Saw Gauge into the base. The base holds the gauge perpendicular to the miter slot for accurate 45° adjustment.
- Cut-outs on the Gauge are designed to step over the table insert and reference accurately from the table surface to the Align-A-Saw Plate or your saw blade. FIGURE 2-3
- The plates have been lightly waxed. To keep plates from rusting, use a nonsilicone wax or T9.
