Installation Instructions
Before You Begin:
- Turn OFF electricity at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Ensure the electrical outlet box is properly grounded.
- Check local codes and regulations.
- Inspect the fixture for any damage.

Install the Mounting Plate
Place the mounting plate with a single side hole centred on top over the electrical outlet box. -
Connect the Electrical Wires
Connect the ground wire, neutral wire, and hot wire using wire nuts and secure them properly. Use electrical tape where necessary. -
Install the Fixture
Attach the fixture to the mounting plate using quick connectors. -
Install the Shade(s)
Assemble the shade by aligning the holes and securing them with nuts and washers. Insert the bulb(s) into the socket(s).

Before You Begin
- DANGER: Risk of electric shock. To avoid electrical shock, the electricity must be turned OFF at the circuit breaker or fuse box before beginning installation.
- DANGER: Risk of electric shock. To avoid electrical shock, the electrical outlet box must be properly grounded.
- CAUTION: Risk of property damage. To avoid the risk of fire, this fixture has been rated for bulbs up to 60 W. Do not exceed this rating.
- CAUTION: Risk of property damage. To avoid the risk of fire, fixtures that contain 3 or 4 sconces must be installed on a non-combustible wall surface when used with a 60W bulb.

- Carefully inspect the fixture for damage.
Installations
Install the Mounting Plate
- Remove the screws securing the mounting plate to the fixture and remove the mounting plate.
- Carefully pull out the wiring from the electrical outlet box and allow the wires to hang down.
- Place the flat side of the mounting plate against the electrical outlet box.
- Align the mounting holes on the mounting plate with the holes on the electrical outlet box.
- Position the mounting plate so that a single side hole is centred at the top.
- Securely tighten the mounting plate to the electrical outlet box with the mounting screws.
Connect the Electrical Wires
- Make a loop in the ground wire and wrap around the grounding screw on the mounting plate. Tighten the grounding screw.
- Attach the ground wire (green) from the quick connector to the ground wire (usually bare copper or green) from the electrical outlet box.
- Fasten the ground wires together with the provided wire nut.
- Attach the neutral wire (white) from the quick connector to the neutral wire (usually white) in the electrical outlet box.
- Fasten the neutral wires together with the provided wire nut.
- Attach the hot wire (black) from the quick connector to the hot wire (usually black) in the electrical outlet box.
- Fasten the hot wires together with the provided wire nut.
- Wrap the wire nuts with electrical tape.
- Verify that all plastic wire nuts are securely fastened and strands of bare wire are not exposed.
Install the Fixture
NOTE:
Your product may appear different than the one illustrated. The installation
procedure is the same.
- Carefully position the wires inside the electrical outlet box behind the mounting plate.
- Connect the quick connector to the fixture.
- Position the fixture over the mounting plate and align the screw holes.
- Secure the fixture to the mounting plate with the provided screws.
- If the fixture is not level, remove the fixture, loosen the mounting bracket screws, and rotate the mounting bracket as needed. Tighten the mounting bracket screws and install the light fixture.
Install the Shade(s)
NOTE:
Verify that a plastic washer is secured inside the top and bottom of the
sconce arm and that the plastic spacer is secured to the bottom of the groove.
- Tilt the shade to insert the shade between the socket and the sconce arm.
- While positioning the bottom of the shade into the groove, align the hole in the shade with the bolt on the sconce arm.
- Place the shade onto the bolt.
- Place the plastic washer onto the sconce arm bolt and then thread the nut onto the sconce arm.
- Tighten the nut.
- Insert the bulb(s) into the socket(s).
- Turn ON the main electrical supply from the main fuse or circuit breaker.
- Confirm the proper operation.
