Routine Maintenance

Installation Steps

Front wheel installation

  1. ①Connect the Φ1020mm washer to the steering axle, and then insert it into the body frame. ②Insert the steering connector (mark facing downward) into the steering axle, and fix it with 416mm round head screw and 4*12mm washer.

  3. Insert wheels and Φ 10*20mm washers into the front axle as shown.
  4. Insert the pin into the front axle to fix the wheel as shown.

Rear wheel installation

  1. Put the Φ10*20mm washer, wheel and wheel sleeve on the rear axle in turn, and then insert them into the rear of the car body as shown.

  3. Insert the Φ10*20mm washer, and fix the wheel with the pin.
  4. Install 4 decorative rings as shown.

Foot pedal installation

  1. Pass the wire of right foot pedal through the body, and connect it to the power connector.
  2. Snap the right foot pedal into the car body.
  3. Turn the body over, ①Fix the bottom of the body and the pedal with 4*12mm flat head screws. ② Fix the side and the pedal, and install the left foot pedal according to steps 2 and 3.

Steering wheel installation

  1. Press the end of the steering axle with your hand, and then insert the steering wheel as shown.
  2. Lock the steering wheel with # 2 screw.

Anti-rollover piece installation

Insert the anti-rollover piece into the rear slot, and tighten it with 4*12mm round head screw.

Backrest installation

Insert the backrest into the slot as shown.

Digging arm installation

  1. Insert the left & right arm linkages into the opposite hole of the arm body, and fix it with # 4 screw.
  2. Align the slots of the bucket and left & right arm linkages, and then tighten.
  3. Snap the arm manipulator 2 into the arm body slot as shown.

  5. Fix the arm linkage 3 to both ends of the arm and bucket with screws # 3 and # 1 as shown, and the arm assembly is completed.
  6. Remove the bolt on the body, then insert the assembled digging arm into it as shown, and then fix it with the bolt, the whole installation is completed.

Steering wheel button

Press this button to make a  “beep” sound.

Accelerator pedal

When the H button is at “▲”, press the accelerator to drive the wheels forward; when the H button is at “▼”, press the accelerator, it will reverse; when the H button is at “○”, it is neutral.

Adjustable backrest

The backrest can be adjusted to first or second gears with the button.

  1. When the backrest is pressed down and the button is in the first gear position, the drive function works normally.
  2. When the backrest is lifted upward, the button is in the second gear position, the drive function is disabled, the seat can be rotated left and right 15-degree to dig.
