BAOSHISHAN ELECTRONIC SCALE

OPERATION

• STEP 1 Place the balance on a smooth and steady table. Please adjust the balance through adjust the screws at the bottom of the balance. Avoid vibration, sunshine, air movement and magnet.
• STEP 2 The balance accepts AC input volts of 110V or DC input volts of 9V.
• STEP 3 Turn the balance on. It will display “8.8.8.8.8.8. “”Max. Capacity” and” _ “step by step. You can use it after displaying “0.000” (You had better power up for half an hour to get an accurate measurement before first using it.)
• STEP 4 Place the object you want to weigh on the balance pan, it will display the weight value.

BUTTON

• [TARE] KEY – Place a container on the balance pan if you want to weight the object located in a container. Press the [TARE/ZERO] key to zero the display.
• Place the object in the container; the balance will display the weight value.
• [PCS] and [CAL] KEY – Press the [PCS] key for the part count, and the balance will display [PCS] and “IO”. Choose a number from 10″ to “1000” by pressing [CAL]. Place corresponding pieces of the same object you want to weigh on the balance pan and press the “PCS” key to confirm.
• Please take the objects away from the balance pan. Now you can count objects. Press the “PCS” key if you want to escape count mode.
• [UNIT] KEY – Press the “UNIT” key to choose weighing unit: g, ct, oz, lb.

PREPARATION BEFORE OPERATION

Choose a Suitable Table:

1. Prevent vibration.
2. Keep level, and the horizontal bubble should be in the centre position.

Avoid Temperature Effects:

1. When first used, please power on and warm up for half an hour.
2. Keep away from high-temperature objects.

Avoid Light Effects:

1. Avoid direct sunlight.
2. The distance trice should balance.

Reduce Airflow Effects:

1. Keep away from airflow.
2. Use a combined airguard to avoid airflow disturbance.

CALIBRATION

• Press and hold [CAL] for 5 seconds, the balance displays [CAL] and a weight value.
• Place calibration weight on the balance pan according to the weight values.
• At last, remove the weight, it displays “0.0”, “0.00” or “0.000”.
• You had finished the calibration.
