Product Usage Instructions
1. Safety
1.1. General Safety
- Ensure the light is fully charged before initial use.
- DO NOT turn the light on when it is being charged.
- DO NOT shine directly into eyes.
- DO NOT allow children to use the light.
- DO NOT handle or move the light while charging.
- DO NOT use if battery or casing is damaged.
- Recharge battery at least once every six months of non-use.
1.2. Battery Safety
- DO NOT attempt to open or modify the battery pack.
- DO NOT crush, puncture, or dispose of in fire or water.
- Recycle used batteries as per local regulations.
- If electrolyte gets on skin or eyes, wash/rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention.
2. Introduction
The inspection light features an 8W COB LED providing up to 1000 lumens and a high-power 1W SMD LED directional torch. It includes a swivel hanging hook and a rubber-covered magnet for hands-free operation. The product comes with two high-quality 2.6Ah lithium-ion batteries and a Type-C USB cable.
3. Operation
Charging the Light
Connect the USB lead to the socket on the rear of the light. Plug it into a power supply and turn it on. When fully charged, the four LEDs on the front will light green. LEDs indicate battery charge state.
4. Maintenance
- Keep the torch clean by wiping with a damp cloth.
- Store in a dry, childproof area.
5. WEEE Regulations
Dispose of the product at the end of its working life in compliance with EU WEEE regulations. Contact local waste authority for recycling info.

Q: Can I leave the light on while charging?
A: No, it is not recommended to turn on the light while it is being charged.

- Ensure the light is fully charged before initial use.

- DO NOT allow children to use the light.
- DO NOT handle or move the light whilst it is being charged.
- DO NOT use the light if you suspect that the battery or the light casing is damaged.
- DO NOT leave battery in a discharged state, recharge battery immediately. Before storage, fully recharge the battery, and subsequently recharge the battery at least once every six months of non-use.
BATTERY SAFETY
- WARNING! To reduce the risk of burns or fire:
- DO NOT attempt to open, disassemble, modify or service the battery pack.
- DO NOT crush, puncture, short external contacts or dispose of in fire or water.
- DO NOT expose to temperatures above 60°C (140°F).
- Recycle or dispose of used batteries as stipulated by local regulations.
- If the electrolyte in the cells gets on your skin, thoroughly wash it with soap and water. If it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool water and seek immediate medical attention

A smooth 90° flex with an additional 360° twist function enables the light source to be positioned in any direction. Super bright 8W COB LED provides up to 1000 lumens output with 120° spread of light, illuminating the whole work area. Includes an additional high-power 1W SMD LED directional torch. Features a swivel hanging hook and rubber-covered magnet on the base, which allow hands-free operation. Two high-quality 2.6Ah lithium-ion batteries for longer life. Supplied with Type-C USB cable.

IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION
The battery fitted to this light is considered to be a consumable item and its ability to accept a charge will reduce over time. We will provide warranty against mechanical and electrical defect for a period of one year – this DOES NOT cover fair wear and tear. If the battery is not properly charged before first use, or regul arly conditioned, its capacity will diminish. Under these circumstances we will not replace the battery regardless of whether it is less than one year old.
OPERATION
- CHARGING THE LIGHT
- Connect the USB lead to the socket on the rear of the light.
- Plug USB lead into a power supply and turn on.
- When the battery has fully charged the four LEDs on the front of the light will light green.
- The LEDs will light upon initial switch on to indicate battery charge state.
- As battery charge decreases LEDs will switch off.
OPERATING THE LIGHT
- Direct the lens away from your eyes before switching on.
- The light ON/OFF/MODE button is located on the front of the light, as shown in fig.1.
The operation sequence is:
- A). One press – 50% light.
- B). Two presses – 100% light.
- C). Three presses – torch on
- D). Four presses – light turns off.
- When the battery has approximately 5 to 15 minutes of charge left, the LEDs will flash every 20 seconds as a warning.
- The light may be suspended by the hook on rear of light or attached to any ferrous surface by using the magnet in the base.
MAINTENANCE
- Keep the torch clean by wiping with a damp cloth.
- Store torch in a dry childproof area.
WEEE REGULATIONS
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an environmentally protective way. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.
BATTERY REMOVAL
Under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, Jack Sealey Ltd are required to inform potential purchasers of products containing batteries (as defined within these regulations), that they are registered with Valpak’s registered compliance scheme. ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations
