System Requirements
Preparation
- Please ensure the battery is fully charged before using for the first time. A full charge will take approximately 2 hours.
- During the shutdown state the watch will display the charging icon.
- Use the built in USB plug which is located under one of the bands then connect to a USB adapter to charge the watch.
Watch Functions
First Page
Time, Date, Battery, Steps, Calories Burnt and Distance Travelled.
Sports
Record steps, calories and distance automatically.
Measure Heart Rate
Stay on this screen while wearing the watch to measure Heart Rate.The red icon
will animate for approx 1 – 2 minutes then the watch will vibrate once the
reading has finished.
Measure BP
Stay on this screen to measure Blood Pressure. The blue icon will animate
for approx. 1 – 2 minutes then the watch will vibrate once the reading has
finished. Check the Wearfit APP on your Smartphone to see the Blood Pressure
reading.
SPO2 (Blood Oxygen)
Stay on this screen then move the watch to the position on your wrist as
indicated in the illustration (the dotted line). Leave the watch in this
position for approx. 1 – 2 minutes while the watch takes a reading. The watch
will vibrate once the reading has finished.
Sleep Monitor
Monitor deep sleep, light sleep and awake times. No user action required, the
watch will measure automatically.
Training
Long press the MODE button to enter Training Mode. Select from Running,
Climbing or Cycling modes then long press the MODE button for approx. 5
seconds to begin tracking your chosen activity.
Message
If notifications have been turned on in the APP then the watch will vibrate
and display the message. The watch can save the latest 3 messages.
Others
Long press the MODE button on this screen to find the following functions:
Stop Watch, Find (use to find connected Smartphone), Power Off, Reset (use to
factory reset the watch), QR Code (use to download the APP), Back (return to
main menu).
More Functions in the APP
In the Wearfit APP select the drop down menu in the top left then select
Device Management for the following extra functions: Wrist Activation (lift
wrist to wake up), Hourly Readings / Sharp Hour Measurement (use to
automatically measure Blood Pressure, Heart Rate and Blood Oxygen every hour).
Enter the Intelligent Reminders option for the following extra functions: Call
Alert, SMS notification, Alarm Clock, Sedentary Alert, Set APP notifications
(choose which APPs to receive notifications from) and Do Not Disturb.

Troubleshooting
I cannot find the Watch, or the Watch will not connect when connecting to the APP
- Make sure the Bluetooth is turned on and the Watch is powered on.
- If using Android, make sure OS version is 4.4 or above. If using iOS, make sure OS is 8.0 or above.
- Try restarting the phone.
- Check that you have allowed all permissions to the APP.
The watch is showing as disconnected after binding or showing the power is
0%
Remove the watch then try binding to the APP again.
No data is being displayed in the APP
On the APP homepage swipe down from the top of the screen to refresh the data.
After the Watch has connected with the APP the data will sync once per hour
automatically.
Turn on the Hourly Measurement/Sharp-hour Measurement function in the
APP.
The data is not loading when swiping down on the homepage In the APP go to
Setting> Reset> Turn off the device. Restart the APP and the Watch then bind
again. Make sure you have performed sufficient activity for any data to be
sent to the APP.
The time on the Watch is not sync’d with the APP
On your smartphone go to Settings> APP Management> Permissions. Next allow all
permissions in the APP. Rebind the Watch to the APP then swipe down on the
homepage to sync the data.

Charging the Earbud Case
- Plug the Micro USB cable into the charging case.
- 4 Blue Lights with flash Continuously.
- The lights will turn solid blue one-by-one as the case is charging, until all lights are solid blue.
- A full charge takes approx. 2 hours.
Charging the Earbuds
- Put the Earbuds in the charging case.
- The lights will flash red to indicate the Earbuds are being charged.
- The lights will stop flashing once fully charged.
- A full charge will take approx. 1 hour.
Pairing the Earbuds to a Bluetooth Device
- Power on the charging case.
- Take the Earbuds out of the charging case.
- The lights will flash red and blue to indicate they are in pairing mode.
- Search for VF-TWS on your smartphone or Bluetooth device.
- The Earbuds should now be paired to your device.
Earbud Button Function
- Press and hold either Earbud button for 5 seconds to power off
- Press and hold either Earbud button for 3 seconds to power on
- Press either Earbud button to play, pause, pick-up call and end call.
- Double tap either Earbud button to redial last number called
- Triple tap Left Earbud to skip next track.
- Triple tap Right Earbud to go to previous track.
- Press and hold either Earbud button for 2 seconds to activate voice assistant (if available on your smartphone).
FAQ’s
Why is the case not charging?
Make sure to connect the Micro USB cable to a sufficient power supply like a
USS wall adapter (like the ones included with most srnartphones)
Why are the Earbuds not pairing with my Bluetooth device?
Make sure the charging case has been powered on first as this will in-turn
power on the Earbuds Next take the Earbuds out of the case to put them into
pairing mode (you cannot pair while the Earbuds are still in the charging
case). Search for and select VF-TWS on your Bluetooth device you are
connecting to
How to factory reset the watch or how to unbind if the connected Smartphone
is lost?
On the watch search for and enter the ‘Others’ menu. Next find the option
‘Reset’ then press and hold the MODE button to reset the watch. This will
unpair it from any connected devices along withresettingthe watch
tofactorysettings
