Bind Watch

Use VeryFitPro on iOS or Android smart phone to set the wristband as follows.

Note: Your phone and operating system will need to meet the requirements

  • iOS 8.0 and above
  • Android 4.4 and above
  • Supports Bluetooth 4.0

Bind Process

  1. Turn on Bluetooth and GPS on your mobile phone

  2. Find the binding request on the pull-down list on the home page of the APP.

Select product model: VF-SM TACT

Click “ Ok ” to complete binding.

Notes:

During binding process VeryFitPro will prompt you to enable GPS and Bluetooth and authorize VeryFitPro to enable location services from your smartphone.
iPhones will not prompt you with any information unless you complete Bluetooth pairing on your watch with the built-in Bluetooth in the mobile phone after binding.

Data Synchronisation

The data detected such as steps, sleep time and heart rate will be automatically synchronized and shown on the homepage of the APP.

Open the VeryFitPro App> Swipe down the page> Sync Prompt appears

Notes:

Please synchronize the data at least once within 7 days to avoid data loss.
Make sure the watch is connected to your smart phone when conducting the data synchronization.

Instruction for Use

  1. Charging the device
    Press the tracker into the compartment on the charging cable. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the corresponding pins on the back of the device.

  2. Wear/install

    Wear the wristband one finger away from the wrist bone and adjust the tightness of the wristband to a comfortable position.

    Flip the switch and take out the wristband
    Tip: Wearing too loosely may affect the accuracy of heart rate data.

Operating Instructions

  1. Definition of key function.

    Left key setting steps:
    Function list> set > long press> Choose the sport modes.

  2. Watch dial switch

    Replacing the dial interface will appear after long pressing the dial.

  3. Main interface operation
    Swipe the screen to enter different interfaces

  4. Dial data view (default dial)

Click the screen to switch different data

Function Introduction

  1. Icon function introduction

    Enter the sports window, and choose different sports modes. Change the sports mode on the APP.

    Click to check the heart rate data for the day.

    Start guided breathing sessions.

    View, turn off or tum on the alarm clock. You need to add an alarm clock on the mobile APP.

    Control music on your mobile phone (watch cannot store music)

    Start the timing and countdown function.

    Record recent sports.

  2. Start sports.
    Enter sports
    Click the sports icon > select the sports type > enter the sports countdown automatically
    During sports
    Pause sports: short press the right key
    Restore sports: short press the right key
    ③ End sports
    End sports: long press the right key> select the end
    button on the screen

  3. Female health

    Display location: in the data bar
    Female health is used for recording menstrual changes, tracking individual and predicting ovulation. It needs to be enabled on the App:
    Device > Health care > Menstrual setting

Battery life: Actual battery life and charging time will vary depending on usage and environment, etc.

Waterproof: Not suitable for diving, swimming in the sea, or sauna.

But suitable for swimming in swimming pools, showers (cold} and shallow water at the beach.

Cleaning and Maintenance

It is recommended to wear and maintain according to the following three points:

① Keep the product clean;
② Keep the product dry;
③ Do not wear it too tight.

  • Do not use household cleaners to clean the watch
  • It is recommended that you use alcohol to clean stains that are harder to remove

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. The VeryFitPro App couldn’t find my smart phone
    ① Firstly, ensure you have the latest version of VeryFitPro downloaded.
    ② Close all programs on your smartphone and restart bluetooth.
    ③ Ensure the smartphone meets Android 4.4 or iOS 8.0 or above.

  2. The watch received no alerts, text messages or phone calls
    ① You need to turn on the smart reminder function and the call reminder switch in the APP, and synchronize to the watch.
    ② You need to keep your watch connected to Bluetooth.

  3. Bluetooth is often disconnected
    ① If the distance between the watch and the mobile phone is too far, the connection is effected when the distance exceeds more than 7 m , the bluetooth signal will be weakened.
    ② Physical shields between the phone and the watch, wearing metal jewelery etc. can interfere with the bluetooth connection signal.
    ③You may want to check that the bluetooth function is working correctly on your smartphone.

  4. About data backup
    The data from your watch will need to be synced with your smart phone at least once every 7 days in order to store the back up. The watch can only store up to 7 days of data.

  5. How to restart and restore factory settings Shutdown operation: Setting > Shutdown.
    Restore factory settings: connect watch to APP > open APP > device model > more settings.

  6. Do I need to keep my bluetooth on when I wear my watch?
    ① For the three functions, i.e. counting steps, sleeping and alarm clock, you do not need to connect the watch to the mobile phone all the time. If you only need to wear a watch when you exercise, you can connect the watch and your mobile phone to view the synchronized data after exercise.
    ② To get call and message notifications you will need to maintain a bluetooth connection.

Battery warning
Do not disassemble, bore or damage the battery. Do not disassemble the built- in batteries of non-replaceable battery devices. Do not use sharp objects to remove the battery.

If you are wearing a pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices, please consult your doctor before using the heart rate monitoring strap.
The watch’s optical heart r.ate sensor glows green and flashes. If you suffer from epilepsy or are sensitive to blinking light sources, please consult your physician about wearing this product.
The device tracks your daily activities through sensors. This data is intended to tell you about your daily activities, such as steps, sleep, distance, heart rate and calories, but may not be completely accurate.
The device, accessories, heart rate sensors and other relevant data are designed for entertainment and fitness, not for medical purposes. They are not applicable to the diagnosis, monitoring, treatment or prevention of any diseases or symptoms. The heart rate data is for reference only. We are not responsible for any consequences caused by any data deviation.

Warranty Against Defects

V-fitness is a brand sold and marketed by Laser Corporation Pty Ltd (“Laser”). Laser hereby warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months, from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in accordance with accompanying recommendations or instructions where provided. The benefit of this warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.

Through a network of retailers and resellers, Laser will provide you with your choice of a refund, repair or exchange (where possible) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, neglect or improper storage. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase

How to make a product warranty claim:

Step 1: Find your receipt which proves the date of purchase.
Where the date of purchase cannot be verified, your place of purchase or Laser will make an assessment based on the date of manufacture, the condition of the Laser Product and the type of defect.
Step 2a): Contact your place of purchase. They will assess the nature of the fault and refund or replace the product as per their store refund or warranty policy.
Step 2b): If your place of purchase cannot be contacted, then you can contact Laser. Step 3: Laser will issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 48 hours. When requested, send us the defective Product and a copy of your receipt. Laser will cover the cost of the return delivery.
Step 4: Wait for us to contact you. Once we have received your defective Laser Product for inspection, we will inform you of our assessment of your claim within 7 days. When we contact you, we will first let you know whether you have a valid claim under this Warranty, and if so, we will inform you whether your defective Laser Product will be replaced or repaired, together with the number of days you can expect to wait to receive your replaced or repaired Laser Product. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled] to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
