Before You Begin

Caution
To ensure safe and proper use, read all safety information before using the device. Only use with manufacturer-approved batteries, chargers, accessories, and supplies.

  • THIS DEVICE IS NOT A TOY, do NOT allow children or pets to use or play with this device.

  • Do not expose the unit to extreme temperatures (heat or cold), open flames, or humid, or wet conditions.
  • Do not submerge in water.
  • Low power may cause poor Bluetooth connection or sound distortion.
  • Do not overcharge the battery.
  • If using a USB adapter, make sure the adapter is not damaged.
  • Do not allow the Type-C port or the connectors of the supplied Type-C cable to be exposed to dust or water, or come into contact with anyconductive materials such as liquids, metallic powders, etc.
  • The headphones contain a built-in battery and should not be disposed of with regular household waste. Please consult the local authorities on the correct way to dispose of this device.

Getting Started

Charging the Headphones

  • Plug the small connector of the included charging cable into the TYPE-C charging port on the headphones. Plug the large connector into a USB power source such as the USB port on a computer, or a 5V USB adapter (not included) and plug into a wall socket.
  • The LED indicator will turn RED while charging and turn OFF when fully charged. On low power, a tone will be heard indicating that the headphones need to be recharged.

Powering ON/OFF
Please charge the headphones fully before using them.

  • Long-press (3s) the button to power the headphones ON.
    The LED indicator will flash BLUE.

  • When powered ON, the headphones may automatically reconnect to the device most recently paired to, so long as that device is within connection range (33 ft.) and Bluetooth is enabled

  • Long-press (3s) the button to power the headphones OFF.
    The LED indicator will turn OFF.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Power the headphones ON.
  2. Set your mobile device to search for Bluetooth devices. When itappears, select BSBTH24WH from the list of found devices.
  3. Once successfully paired, a tone will be heard, and the LED indicatorwill turn solid BLUE. When playing music, the LED indicator will turnsolid BLUE.

Playback will be controlled from your paired device, or the controls on the headphones’ earcup:

  • 2x Press the button to PLAY/PAUSE playback.
  • Press the button to DECREASE the volume.
  • Press the button to INCREASE the volume.
  • Long-Press the button to continue decreasing the volume.
  • Long-Press the button to continue increasing the volume.
  • 2x Press the button to skip to the NEXT track.
  • 2x Press the button to skip to the PREVIOUS track.

Phone Calls

  • Press the button to answer an incoming phone call.
  • 2xPress the button to end a phone call.
  • 2xPress the button to reject an incoming call.

This product as supplied and distributed new by an authorized retailer is warranted by Southern Telecom, Inc. to the
original consumer purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship (“Warranty”) as follows:

To obtain warranty service:

  • Visit our customer support portal: www.customersupport123.com and select “Support”.
  • Select the brand, fill out the corresponding form (exchanges require dated proof of purchase from an authorized retailer) then submit your request.

Your product will be repaired or replaced, at our option, for the same or similar model of equal value if examination by the service center determines this product is defective. Products received damaged as a result of shipping will require you to file a claim with the carrier.

Warranty service not provided
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, or unauthorized modification including software modifications such as the installation of custom firmware. This warranty is voided in the event any unauthorized person opens, alters, or repairs this product. All products being returned to the authorized service center for repair must be suitably packaged.
