Quick start
- Go to petcare.invoxia.com/start or scan the QR code shown here to download the Invoxia Petcare app.
- Follow the instructions in the app to install your Minitailz. Please grant the app all required authorizations for an optimal experience.
- Activate your subscription in the app. The SIM card is already built-in in the product.
Minimum requirements: made for iPhone running iOS 16 or higher and
smartphones running Android 10 or higher.
Note: compatibility is subject to change depending on the evolution of
the platforms.

Plug your Minitailz to a power source using the USB-C charger enclosed.
A light indicates that your Minitailz is charging. It stays steady when your
Minitailz is fully charged, after about 3 hours.

Warranty
Legal warranty of conformity is 2 years in the EU, 3 years in Spain and 1 year in other countries.
This warranty covers your Minitailz if:
- it does not work as described by invoxia
- it is incomplete
- it has manufacturing defects
This warranty does not cover any defects or deterioration that appears after the purchase, due to abnormal or abusive use of the Minitailz.
