Olympia 200 LED TV-Simulator User Manual
Intended use
Your TV simulator simulates your presence at home and deters burglars. The prerequisite for use as intended is the proper installation as well as observance of and compliance with the instructions in this operating manual. Any use other than that described in the intended use is considered improper. Unauthorised modifications or conversions are not permitted and will result in damage to your TV simulator.
Safety instructions
Protect yourself from physical damage and follow the instructions!
WARNING
Danger due to unsuitable power supply units! There is a risk of electric shock
if unsuitable mains adapters are used! Only use the power supply unit
supplied. WARNING! Choking hazard! Children can swallow small parts, packaging
or protective films. Keep children away from the product and its packaging!
WARNING
The danger of injury to the eyes! The light produced by the illuminated
displays on the front of the TV simulator is very bright. Do not look directly
at the illuminated displays on the front of the TV simulator when the TV
simulator is switched on.

Connect the power supply unit
Your TV simulator is powered by the USB cable supplied. Connect the power supply unit to the connection socket on the back of your TV simulator and a properly installed socket.
Set up TV simulator
Place your TV simulator in any location. We recommend that you place the front
facing a window for the best simulation effect. Note that external light
influences such as car headlights on a busy road or bright street lighting can
affect the function of the twilight sensor.
Switch on the TV simulator
Switch on your TV simulator to create a deceptively real light image. When
looking into your window, a burglar will be deterred by the pretend TV.
Permanent operation
Slide the function switch to On. Your TV simulator is permanently switched on.
Your TV simulator does not switch off automatically in this mode. If you want
to avoid unnecessary power consumption If you do not want to use your TV
simulator, use the timer function or switch it off.
Operation with timer
The integrated twilight sensor detects when it gets dark and automatically
switches on your TV simulator. Set how long you want your TV simulator to be
on. Your TV simulator can be operated with the timer 4 or 7 hours
automatically. Slide the function switch to the desired time. Your TV
simulator switches on automatically as soon as it gets dark (illuminance <30
lux).
Switch off the TV simulator
Press the button on the back until the display shows the number 0. Your TV
simulator is switched off.
If you want to avoid unnecessary power consumption and do not want to use your
TV simulator, unplug the power supply unit of your TV simulator from the
Outlet.
Care instructions
Clean the surface of the housing regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do
not use any cleaning agents or solvents.
Disposal
Find out about the possibilities of taking back old appliances and used
batteries free of charge from your dealer.
The symbol opposite means that, due to legal regulations, electrical and
electronic equipment must be disposed of separately from household waste.
Dispose of your The waste can be disposed of at the collection point of your
local waste disposal authority.
Note the labelling of the packaging material when separating waste, these are
marked with abbreviations (b) and numbers (a) with the following meaning: 1-7:
plastics / 20-22: paper and cardboard / 80-98: Composites.
Dispose of packaging materials according to local regulations.

The warranty period is 24 months. The guarantee period starts from the date of purchase. Be sure to keep the proof of purchase and the original packaging.
