Product Usage Instructions

Power On/Off and Pairing

To turn on the headphones, press and hold the MFB (button with a circle) for 2 seconds until you hear the first sound. This will power on the headphones and automatically connect to the last paired device. Pressing and holding for 4 seconds will power on the headphones without an automatic connection. Then, go to your device (e.g., phone) and connect to the DunRock Halo via Bluetooth settings.

Connecting

  • First-time pairing: Press the circular button for 2 seconds to turn on the headphones. The headphones will attempt to connect. On your phone (or laptop, or tablet), search forDunRock Halo in the Bluetooth settings and connect.
  • Subsequent connections: Press the MFB button for 2 seconds until you hear the first sound. The headphones are now on and will automatically connect to the last paired device with Bluetooth enabled.
  • If you want to enter pairing mode to connect to a different device, turn off the headphones by pressing and holding the MF button. Then turn the headphones back on by holding the MFB button for 4 seconds until you hear the second sound.

Multipoint Connection
You can connect the DunRock Halo to 2 devices simultaneously, such as your phone and laptop.

ANC Functionality
When ANC is ON, press the ANC button twice to enable adaptiveANC.

EQ Profiles
To switch between EQ profiles (Bass, Classical, Default, Popular, DunRock, Soft), press and hold the ANC button for 3 seconds.

Charging
To charge the headphones, use a USB-C charger (5V 1A). The LED indicator will show a red light while charging and a white light when fully charged.

Overview

Power on

  • Press and hold the MFB (button with the circle) to turn on the headphones. Press for 2 seconds (until the first sound) to switch on the headphones and connect to the last connected device. Press for 4 seconds (until the second sound) to switch on without connecting automatically. Then go to your device (e.g., your phone) and connect the DunRock Halo via the Bluetooth settings.
  • Hold for 2 seconds (until the first sound): turn on the headphones and automatically connect to the last connected device.
  • Hold for 4 seconds (until the second sound): turn on the headphones and do not automatically connect to any device. After that, you manually connect to the desired device through the Bluetooth settings.

Connect

  • First time connecting: Turn on the headphones by pressing the MFB for 2 seconds. The headphones will now try to connect. On your phone (or laptop, tablet), find the DunRock Halo in the Bluetooth settings and connect.
  • Connecting afterward: Press the MFB button for 2 seconds until you hear the first sound. The headphones are now on. The DunRock Halo will automatically connect to the last connected device that has Bluetooth on.
  • Do you want to put the headphones back into pairing mode so you can connect to a device of your choice? Then turn off the headphones by holding down the MFB button. Then turn the headphones back on by holding the MFB for 4 seconds (!) (so hold it until you hear the second sound).”

Multipoint

You can connect the DunRock Halo with 2 devices simultaneously. For example, with your phone and your laptop.
Connect the headphones to device A. Then turn off the Bluetooth of device A. The headphones will now try to reconnect (LED flashes red and blue). On-device B, now connect to the DunRock Halo via the Bluetooth settings. Then turn the Bluetooth of device A back on.

The headphones prioritize the signal. If you play music on device A, you will hear the music through the headphones. If you then play music on device B, the sound will switch to device B. If you then receive a call on device A? You will hear it through the headphones and can make the call via the headphones.

Functions

  • Turn on + automatic connection: Press MFB for 2 sec. (until first sound)
  • Turn on and manually connect: Press MFB for 4 sec. (until the second sound)
  • Answer or end a call: press MFB

  • Switch between Transparency – ANC on – ANC off: ANC button With ANC ON, press the ANC button twice to activate adaptive ANC
  • Previous track: Hold Volume- for 1 sec
  • Next track : Hold Volume+ for 1 sec

FAQ

  • Never disassemble or open your headphones, for any reason, to avoid damage and danger.
  • Do not store the headset in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C). Avoid using the light near the eyes of children or animals.
  • Do not use the headphones during a thunderstorm to prevent dysfunction and a greater risk of electric shock.
  • Do not use aggressive chemicals or strong cleaners to clean the headset. Note: do not use the headphones for too long or at too high a volume, as this could damage your hearing.
  • Avoid using headphones in situations where hearing ambient noise can contribute to your safety.

Tips

  • Before using the headphones, read the manual carefully and keep it for future use.
  • The headphones need to be fully charged before first use. If the headphones are not used for more than two weeks, recharge them. Please use chargers from a qualified manufacturer. If the headphones cannot be found by the phone, put them back into pairing mode or restore the factory settings.
  • If there is an error on the phone, turn the Bluetooth function off and on again or restart the phone.
