Note: Before installing the driver, turn off your computer antivirus software. the printer needs to be connected to the power supply and computer, and the power on state.

NOTE: Before selecting USB, please make sure that the power supply of the machine is connected and the machine is turned on.

Power button

  • long press power button for 3s to turn on or off, When the indicator light is on, it is on, and when the indicator light is off, it is off
  • Double-click the power button to spit out the device information slip and two-dimensional code to check the device status

Indicating Light

  • White light is always on: the printer is idle and not connected to Bluetooth
  • Blue light steady on: The Bluetooth connection is successful
  • Blue light flashes quickly: Bluetooth connection is successful and data is being transferred or printed
  • Red light steady on: The battery is low
  • Red light flashes quickly: The device status is abnormal (lack of paper/overheat/open cover)
  • Yellow light flashing quickly: The data is canceling
  • Green light is always on: fully charged (when the device is switched off)

Safety and precautions

  1. The printer built-in lithium battery, please do not use it in the environment with temperature higher than 40 °C; keep away from fire and other heat sources, and do not place it in the hot sun, such as closed car;
  2. Children should be charged and used under the supervision of adults. After full charge, please make sure to pull out the charging line in time to prevent overheating, short circuit or fire;
  3. Do not put the product in fire or water to avoid battery short circuit or fire or burn;
  4. The operating temperature range is O °C to 40 °C, please do not exceed the recommended temperature range;
  5. If you suspect that there is a problem with the battery, please contact the after-sales service center for assistance.
