About the Watch

Watch Charging

• Please fully charge the watch before using it

• Please use chargers with output power of 5V/500mAh and above.
  

• The watch comes with a magnetic charger. When charging the watch, please keep it away from paper clips, SIM card pins and other metal conductors, 50 as to avoid a short circuit caused by the magnetic attraction, as well as other safety accidents.
  

Binding the Watch

1. Three Alternative Ways to Download “KOSPET FIT LITE”
   a. Use your smartphone to scan the QR code below to download and install KOSPET FIT LITE.

b. Enter “KOSPET FIT LITE” in Apple App Store or Google Store to download the APP.

Tap *Settings” ( ) on the watch display→ “APP”→ “APP QR CODE”, scan the code o downloads KOSPET FIT LITE

2. Pair as Follows
   Turn on KOSPET FIT LITE and grant all permissions; Register and log into the APP.

b. Add a Device > select TANK M1 PRO,

c. Tap “Pair” and *Allow the watch to receive notifications from the phone” as requested.

d. Select messages needed 1o be notified in KOSPET FIT LITE, which can then be viewed on the watch.

e. Only after the watch pairs with KOSPET FIT LITE can the watch synchronize Time and Language with the mobile phone.

3. Setting up Bluetooth Calling
   a. Turn on Bluetooth calling on the watch.

b. Turn on Bluetooth on the mobile phone and connect it with the watch by tapping ‘M1 PRO CALL”

c. Once the pairing is completed, the watch can be used to dial or receive calls from the mobile phone.

d. Turn off Bluetooth Calling on the watch.

Gesture Reference Guide

1. Slide down to enter Settings.
   

2. Slide up to turn on Notifications.
   

3. Slide right to tum on the split screen; Sliding right on the sub-menu enables return to the previous screen.
   

4. Slide left to set common functions, such as heart rate and blood oxygen testing, which can be started by tapping the middle area of the screen correspondingly.

Settings on KOSPET FIT LITE

1. Design the watch face. (Customize it or download more watch faces. on KOSPET FIT LITE.)
   

2. Set the alarm clock.
   

3. Set remote control of the mobile phone. (Use the watch to control the mobile phone for taking pictures or playing music.)
   

4. Update the watch firmware.
   

5. Unpiar the watch. (Disconnect it with KOSPET FIT LITE and remove the watch Bluetooth on mobile phone settings)

FAQ

Q1. Why cannot the watch be turned on?

A1: Use the original charger to charge the watch for more than 30 minutes. A2: Use a high-power charger to charge the watch (e.g. 9V/2A) and other fast- charging chargers. A3: Contact customer service to replace the a data cable.

Q2: Why cannot the watch be connected with the mobile phone via the APP?

A1: Unpair all Bluetooth devices on the mobile phone, delete the APP and reconnect according to the user manual, A2: Reset the watch and restart the mobile phone. A3: Switch to another mobile phone to reconnect the watch

Q3: Why is the data collected by the watch inaccurate?

A1: Fill in actual personal information on the APP, such as gender, age, height, weight and other information. A2 Make sure the protective film on the back of the watch is removed. A3: Make sure the watch is worn neither (00 loose nor (0o tight. A4: Reset the watch to reexamine the data accuracy. A5: Considering diverse software algorithms adopted by different brands, ways to collect data vary from devices to devices (e.g. smartwatches, smartphones, treadmills, etc.). In other words, there i little point in ‘comparing the data collected by different devices. For instance, sports data detected by Apple Watch differs much from that by Garmin Watch. Mean while, KOSPET collects such data with its independent algorithm based on how to wear the watch. Therefore, it is normal that errors from 3% to 5% exist in terms of user data.

Q4: The watch cannot synchronize messages from WhatsApp or Facebook?

Al: Please ensure that the App is allowed 1o access Notifications on the mobile phone. A2: Please make sure Notifications for WhatsApp or Facebook on the mobile phone is tuned on. A3: Please make sure Notifications for WhatsApp or Facebook on the APP is turned on Ad: Unpair the watch and reconnect it

Q5: Why is the battery life too short?

A1: Reduce the screen brightness and adjust the screen timeout to five seconds. A2 Tum off 24-Hour Heart Rate Monitoring and unnecessary notifications.

Q6: Can | swim with KOSPET smartwatches?

A1:You can wear smartwatches with an IP68 waterproof rating and above to swim in shallow (sea) waters. A2 You can wear smartwatches with 3ATM/SATM waterproof ratings to dive in 10 meters deep waters. A3: Do not wear smartwatches with an IP67 rating to swim. A4: Al smartwatches cannot be worn for hot showers; Wash the watch promptly after exposing it to the sea waters. A5: Do not press any watch key under water. A6: After the watch is used for a period of time, its internal units may experience wear and tear, making its water-resistant capacity likely 1o go ineffective.

5. Do not expose the device to extremely ~high-temperature ‘environments, including scorching sun rays, or around microwave ovens, water heaters and other high-temperature devices, lest a battery ‘explosion or other safety accidents should occur.
6. The device includes an irremovable lithium-polymer battery, so non-professionals are not allowed 1o disassemble it in case of a safety accident.
7. Please use the original charger or other certified ones to charge the device for one to two hours before using it.
8. Some of our products come with magnetic chargers. When charging the device, please keep it away from other metal objects, lest the mutual magnetic attractions should lead to fire or other safety accidents.
9. Our products do not belong to medical apparatus. Therefore, the heart rate, blood pressure and other health data collected by it is only for reference rather than clinical bass.
