PAIRING
Remove the earbuds insulation stickers and place the earbuds back into the charging case, turn on the phone’s Bluetooth, and select “Baseus Bowie E20” from the Bluetooth list.
POWERING ON/OFF
Open the charging case, and the earbuds will power on automatically.
Place them back into the charging case, and the earbuds will power off.
CONTROLS
- X 2: Double-tap
- X 3: Triple-tap
- 1.5s: Long press for
- 1.5 seconds
INDICATORS
Flashing white light: Charging
Steady white light: Fully charged or battery is more than 10%
Flashing red light: battery is less than 10%
RE-PAIRING
Open the charging case and long-press the charging case button for 3 seconds. The charging case indicator flashes slowly once. One earbud flashes quickly, and the other one flashes slowly.
FACTORY RESET
Open the charging case and long-press the charging case button for 8 seconds.
The indicator flashes red for 3 times.
WARRANTY
The warranty period of Baseus’s product ranges from 18 months to 24 months. This warranty period is a voluntary warranty period provided by Baseus and does not affect your statutory rights arising from applicable laws.
