J1DEFINE YOUR OWN SWITCH

• If you need 8 controls for all your functional gears, including differential lock, choose FULL KIT (LO-JPS0l+LO-JPS03) for a complete set-up.
• If you’ve already had factory red switch panel on the left side, choose KIT A (LO-JPS0l).
• If you only need 4 controls and want to fill up the gap on the left, choose KIT B (LO-JPS0l+LO-JPSSl).
• If you plan to install a differential gear in need of a control panel, or have already installed Lasfit black switch, choose KIT C (LO-JPS03).
• If you’ve already installed Mopar black switch, choose KIT D (LO-JPS04).

1. Default: Locker Mode – Only operated when your Jeep is in 4L
   This safety feature prevents drivers from accidentally engaging the differential and mechanical damage to the Jeep.

2. Standalone Mode – F & R work independently as a normal on/off switch

INSTALLATION

We have customized 4 different mounting brackets for Gasoline/Hybrid/EcoDiesel engines. Please use the compatible bracket for your engine according to the chart below.

Examples of what brackets are used and where they’re mounted

Gasoline Engine Wrangler/ Gladiator

2.0L Turbo Gasoline Engine Wrangler/ Gladiator

2.0L Gasoline Hybrid Engine Wrangler 4xe

3.0L EcoDiesel Engine Wrangler/ Gladiator

Please prepare these tools for installation

IMPORTANT : PLEASE DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE FROM THE BATTERY BEFORE STARTING THE INSTALLATION!

STEP 1: Connect up all the wire harnesses under the hood.

STEP 2: Route the wires into the cabin.

STEP 3: Remove the interior panel

STEP 4: Install the switches

NOTE : If you need to install two both black and red switches, please make sure the RED Switches installed first.

STEP 5: Run power to the switch

If you need to install Red Switches (LO-JPSOJ/04),
Here are some more steps to nm power with CAN-Bus connection before connecting all plugs in.

STEP 6: Put the whole panel back on and set it all up.

Please remember to check all connections and zip-tie all loose wires out of the way. Reconnect the battery and enjoy your new switches.

How to change mode for the Front & Rear Locker Switch?
Make sure the Jeep Is parked, and the engine Is off.

1. Tum on the ignition; you don’t need to start the engine.
2. Immediately press and hold the R locker button for 5-7 seconds.
   You will hear beep x 2 times= stand alone mode ON

Note : if you don’t hear beep x 2 times, you can tum off the Ignition and try again.

You need to press and hold the R locker button within 20 seconds after you turn on the ignition)
To turn locker mode back on, repeat steps 1 and 2, and you’ll hear a beep x 1 time locker mode ON
Warning : DO NOT use standalone made to control differential locking.

FAQ

1. Do I need to get the Jeep flash by the dealer after installation?
   A: No, our switch banks don’t require any software updates. Just install and is ready for use.

2. Do I need to extract wire and re-pin connectors in the Jeep during the installation?
   A: No, you don’t have to de-pin or re-pin any connectors for the installation.

3. Why Front & Rear Locker only operated in 4L mode?
   A: The Red switch assembly has a CAN-Bus connection between the Jeep. When in locker mode, it only operated when the Jeep is in 4L. This safety feature is the same as the factory locker switches.
   It prevents drivers from accidentally engaging the differential and mechanical damage to the Jeep.

4. Can I turn off the Front & Rear Locker function? And use the two switches as on/off function?
   A: Yes, you can. When in standalone mode, the F & R locker switch works independently as a normal on/off switch.

5. What is the RJ45 jack on the Red switch assembly?
   A: The RJ45 jack is an in line coupler for compatible CB radio.

6. What is the difference between KIT C (LO-JPS03) and KIT D (LO-JPS04)?
   A: The difference between them is the mounting location of the fuse box. If you already order the black switch (LO-JPS0l) from us, you should get the (LO- JPS03). If you already have the Mopar AUX switch bank, you should order the (LO-JPS04), which the fuse box will be mount next to the main battery.

7. Is the Lasfit switch panel system compatible with manual transmission vehicles?
   A: Our system is NOT compatible with manual transmission. But if you have some methods to safely pass wires through the firewall to your Jeep, then it may work. However, we do not recommend applying our system to manual transmissions in case of any potential risks caused by improper operation.
