WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Sound Living Earbuds 2.0
  • Type C-USB charging cable
  • Charging case

GET GOING

  1. Make sure the Earbuds are fully charged.
  2. Open the charging case, and take out the Earbuds. The Earbuds will automatically power on and pair with each other.
  3. When the red lights on the right Earbud flash alternately the Earbuds are ready to pair with a device.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth function in the device and select Soundliving Earbuds 2.0 in the list of top pair Earbuds with the device.

TOUCH AREA FUNCTIONS
Tap or press the Earbud touch area to control different functions:

  • Play/pause track: While listening to music, double-click the touch area of any
  • Earbud to play and pause the music.
  • Volume up/ Volume down: Tap the touch area of the right Earbud to turn the volume up and tap the left Earbud’s touch area to turn the volume down.
  • Next track: While listening to music, press the right Earbud for 2 seconds to play the next song.
  • Previous track: While listening to music, press the left Earbud for 2 seconds to play the previous song.
  • Answer/end call: Double-tap either the left or right Earbud to answer or end the phone call.
  • Activate/deactivate voice assistant: Tryk og hold en af dine EEarbudsca. 2 sek.

POWER ON
Remove the Earbuds from the charging case for auto-power on.

POWER OFF
There are two ways to turn the Earbuds off:

  1. Put the Earbuds back in the charging case and close the cap.
  2. The Earbuds turn off after 5 minutes if not active.

TIP!
Hold the Earbud stem when putting or adjusting the Earbuds in your ears. This way you avoid touching the sensitive touch area which controls different functions. If you accidentally touch the touch area, just press it again to e.g. turn the Earbuds back on or resume music.

CHARGE THE EARBUDS

  • Put the Earbuds in the charging case and close the cap.
  • Make sure that the charging case has battery life.
  • Charging: Fast rødt lys så vil de oplade.
  • Fully charged: Lights turn off.

CHARGE THE CASE

  • Plug the Type-USB charging cable with the USB port on the charging case.
  • Plug the other end of the cable into a power source.
  • Charging: Green lights flashing.
  • Battery status: Each light equals 25% battery life.
  • Fully charged: Lights turn off.
  • Case and Earbuds can be charged simultaneously.

WARNING

  • Do not attempt to repair the Earbud. A faulty repair may lead to fire, electronic breakdown or a damaged product.
  • Do not use the Earbud in an enviroment where the temperature is below 0°C or above 45°C.
  • Avoid using a device indicator light near the eyes of the children and animals.
  • Do not use the Earbud in thunderstorm weather to avoid abnormal Earbud behaviour and the risk of shock.
  • Do not wipe the Earbud with oil or other volatile liquids.
  • Do not wet the Earbuds.

How to get started!

  2. You can see that the product is fully charged when all four battery indicators on the charging case light up green.
  3. Open the charging case, pull out the EarBuds and place them so you can see the battery indicators. Your EarBuds will automatically start pairing after 2-3 seconds.
  4. After 4-5 seconds, one of your EarBuds will alternately flash red/blue, which means that they are now ready to be paired to your device.
  5. Go to settings on your phone or computer, turn on bluetooth and pick Soundliving EarBuds.

I am having trouble connecting both of my EarBuds via Bluetooth.

  1. First, you need to make sure that both the charging case and your EarBuds are fully charged, which you do by using the included charging cable and inserting it into an approved charger.SOUNDLIVING-1674472221-20-Earbuds-fig- \(6\)
  2. Secondly, you can take your EarBuds out of the charging case and insert them in your ears. Now, a voice will automatically appear that tells you that your Earbuds are on.
  3. After this, you can go to bluetooth settings and find the product “Soundliving EarBuds”. Then a voice will appear again that tells you that your EarBuds are paired.
  4. It might be only one of the EarBuds that is on, so to solve this, you need to put a finger on the other Earbud, which is turned off, for 3-5 seconds.
  5. Then you will hear a beep sound and the other Earbud will automatically pair
  6. Are you still having problems connecting both of your EarBuds? Then, with advantage, you can start over by inserting them in the charging case again and deleting the pairing under your bluetooth settings.

My Earbuds will not charge. My Earbuds will not charge

  1. Start by inserting the included charging cable into an original charger and inserting it into the charging case.
  2. Secondly, you need to make sure that your Earbuds are correctly inserted in the charging case. If you have applied the extra earpieces, it is recommended that you remove them before charging.
  3. Make sure that you use an approved and functioning charger. Otherwise, try replacing it.
  4. Check in the bottom of the charging case for dirt, because it might cause an incorrect charging.

My Earbud’s signal is weak

We recommend that you frequently delete the connection, disconnect from the device and start a new pairing on your smartphone. Remember to delete old bluetooth devices. Check the settings for sound settings of the phone and likewise in the concerned sound or streaming app.

The signal is being disrupted

Is it permanent or does it happen sporadically?
Does it happens in specific situations or at a specific time, then the cause might be other disturbing signals from bluetooth devices nearby. For example, another bluetooth device might disturb the signal if it is being used at the same time.

When are my Earbuds fully charged?
When opening the charging case and inserting the Earbuds, a red diode will indicate that the Earbuds are being charged and when they are fully charged, the diode is turned off. On the case itself, the 4 battery indicators will light constantly, when the Earbuds are fully charged.

Only one of my EarBuds is working
Take both Earbuds out of the charging case and press down the touch button. They will now start a new pairing. If you hear ”See you soon”, you have switched off one of your earbuds.

Up to 22 hours of battery time

The Earbuds and the charging case must be fully charged. When the Earbuds are being used, they will typically hold power for a couple of hours, whereafter they must be put into the charging case again, where they can be recharged several times. The battery time will depend on the volume, calls, use of touch and weather conditions. In cold conditions, the battery will lose 30% of its capacity.
NB: It is the case that has 22 hours of battery life.

Connection by calls

Are you experiencing disruptions or bad connection/quality by calls, you should make sure that both parts have a good satellite connection. Avoid phone calls in rooms with lots of people, because it disturbs the signal and the quality of the phone call. OBS: The Earbuds are equipped with 1 microphone, why they are not recommended for long-lasting conversations or office use.
