How to charge

1. Connect battery to charging adaptor. After fully charged, the adaptor LED will turn  from red to green. The battery can be disconnected from adaptor and now connected to the control unit for use, with the switch of the control box position to ON/BATT.
2. You can also use the battery while its charging and position the control unit to ON/BATT.
3. Connect the AC adaptor directly to the control unit from the side next to the SD card slot. Position the control unit to ON/AUX.

How to use the test cable

The test cable is used when you are getting a blue image on your screen.

1. Insert the test cable on the control unit where it says “CAMERA” and on the other end screw the camera onto the test cable.
2. Check that the connections on both ends are secure and tight.
3. Position control unit to ON/BATT and turn LED BRIGHT to max and look at the camera to make sure the LEDs are working and that the screen has a clear image. If  both the lights and image are working properly then the issue resides with the cable. Contact customer support and we can assist you with after-sales part.
4. If the LEDs on the camera or if the screen still remains blue after connecting camera probe to the test cable, then the issue is the camera and needs to be replaced. Contact customer support and we will gladly assist you.

How to flip an image

Press the mirror button to rotate the image orientation. Each time you press the mirror button it will rotate 90 degrees clock-wise.

How to record/take photo and save

1. Power on the control unit and then press ON/OFF on the control unit to activate DVR function mode. It will automatically be in video mode. Select the play button with red dot to start recording and select again to stop recording.
2. To activate photo mode, press ON/OFF on control unit to turn on the DVR function mode. Then press the MENU button on the control unit. Press menu again to  select Master Ch.
3. ↑↓Arrow keys to move to Photo 1, press MENU to confirm selection；
4. Then use arrow keys to select EXIT and press MENU to confirm and exit.
5. Click “·” – start recording/ taking pictures, click again to save the video/image.

How to view videos or pictures file

1. Click ON/OFF on the DVR control box to enter the DVR function mode. Press Mode on control unit to enter the image file interface; ←→Arrow keys to browse files.
2. Click “·” start playback, click again to pause; Press ↑arrow key to exit；

How to zoom in/out on the image?

Click ON/OFF on the DVR control unit to enter the DVR function mode, click ZOOM+ to zoom in on the image, ZOOM- to zoom out.

How to adjust the brightness of LED light

Rotate the BRIGHT knob to the right to increase the brightness on the camera probe.

How to get and remove the Ruler Line

Tap the MENU button on monitor to enter menu mode, tap MENU several times to switch options to Ruler Line; V-/V+ move to select ON.

Repeat the steps again and select OFF to switch off.

How to operate pushrod

(Please note: because the coil is made of fiber optic glass, do not bend more than 90 degrees or else you will break the glass and the cable will not work properly.
(Improper use of the pushrod will not be covered by the warranty.)

1. Pull the cable: Hold the handle with your left hand. The cable needs to be extended and hooked onto a hook on the handle and placed on top of the guardrail via the hook, then pull cable with right hand to release the cable.
2. Wrap Cable: The cable also needs hooked onto a hook on the handle and placed on top of the guardrail via the hook, hold the handle with your left hand and push the line in with your right hand.

Troubleshooting

Bright knob on the control unit.
2:Make sure that the connector on both the camera probe and cable are clean and not have anything obstructing the
connection.
3:Bend the spring on the camera probe and with a flashlight inspect to make sure no wires are loose.
Blue screen| You can refer to the second point from the table of content. Please contact us, we will get back to you within 24 hours with a solution.
The Battery runs out quickly| 1:Please check that the battery is fully charged. When the indicator of battery charger turns from red to green it means it is fully charged. It takes approximately 6-8 hours for a full charge and it can be used for 6-8 hours after fully charged.
2:During use, you can check the remaining power by using the power indicator on the control box.
Black screen| 1:Make sure the battery is charged.
2:Turn on the POWER button of the monitor.
Cable broken| 1: Contact our customer support to obtain the parts for the repair.
Screen flickering| 1:If not using the original adaptor while charging it may lead to the screen flickering.
2:If the screen is flickering and you have the original adaptor to charge then the screen is damage. Please contact us for
assistance.
Unable to use the DVR function| 1:Refer to the fourth point of operation.
2:Please check if the SD card is installed correctly.
3:Try to replace the SD card.

Q&A

– What’s the max size of memory for the SD card

– The product is equipped with an 8GB SD card and can support up to 16GB.

– Format for images and videos

– Images: JEPG | Video: AVI

– Scratches on the screen upon receipt

– The screen has a protective film, please peel it off.

– Is it possible to adjust the brightness of the LED lights?

– The camera has 12 LEDs. The brightness of which can be adjusted via an adjustment knob on the control box.

– Isthe camera waterproof?

– Camera probe has a waterproof rating of IP68. Can be underwater up to 3 meters.

– Does the video have sound?

– Sound can only be recorded from the control unit and not from the camera probe.

– Self leveling function？

– No self leveling capabilities. The angle of the screen can be adjusted using the mirror button on the monitor.

– What is the warranty period？

– One year warranty under normal use.

– Does it come with a counter function?

– This model product does not come with counter. Please contact us if you would like to purchase pipe camera with counter. It is recommended that the size can be marked manually on the coil so that you can judge how much is sticking in.
