FAQ

  • Q: What should I do if the siphon action stops?
  • A: If the siphon action stops because the level in the supply container is very low, press down on the handle repeatedly or raise the supply container so it is above the receiving container to restart the flow.
  • Q: How do I stop the siphon flow?
  • A: To stop siphon flow at any time, unscrew the air vent cap at the top of the grip. To start the flow again, close the air vent cap and repeat step 4.3 in the operation section.

  • DO NOT use this pump for HOT WATER.

INTRODUCTION

Easy-to-use polyethylene manual pump with self-priming feature. Equipped with vent cap to stop discharge after use, and 120mm flexible corrugated discharge hose. Segmented suction pipe for height adjustment and easy storage. Suitable for water, oils and non-aggressive chemicals. For use with various drums heights from 420mm, 530mm up to 850mm/205L. Delivers approximately 21L/min. transferring liquids quickly and easily.

ASSEMBLY

  • Thread Suction Pipe B into Connector under the Pipe A and Pipe C into B with the Connector (fig.1).

OPERATION

  1. Ref fig 2: Place the suction pipe into the supply container opening.
  2. Place the outlet of the discharge hose into the receiving container opening.
  3. Grip the handle, pressing down repeatedly until liquid begins to flow.
  4. Liquid will continue flowing through the discharge hose as long as the level of contents of the supply container is higher than that o f the receiving container.
  5. If the siphon action stops because the level in the supply container is very low, grip the handle, press down repeatedly or raise the supply container so it is above the receiving container.
  6. To stop siphon flow at any time, unscrew the air vent cap at the top of the grip. To start the flow, close the air vent cap and repeat step 4.3.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner that is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
