DESCRIPTION

METHOD OF USE

  1. Steps for AC power :
    (1) Click power key No.12
    (2) Click AC switch No.13
    (3) The AC power supply starts to work

  2. Steps for DC power :
    (1) Click power key No.12
    (2) Click DC switch No.3
    (3) Start DC power supply

  3. Steps for LED light :
    (1)Click power key No.12
    (2) Long press LED switch No.15 for 3 seconds, Turn on the LED light
    (3) Click LED switch No.15 to enter the Lighting Mode
    (4) Click LED switch No.15 to enter the SOS mode
    (5) Click LED switch No.15 to enter the Strobe Mode
    (6) Then, press again to turn off the LED Light In any of these modes, the light can be turned off by hold down 3 seconds.

Note :

  1. When press switch, the light of output port is on, it will be standby state.
  2. If the AC port is not used, press the switch button to close it to save power.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS

The product can be charged in three modes, charging from the wall, charging from solar and charging in the car, with voltages ranging from 29.4V to 50V. The current cannot exceed 10A. We suggest using ours special adapters, using other chargers will damage the product.

  1. Charging from the wall :
    Connect the charger to the power supply and insert the DC6530 male plug into the port, the portable energy storage power product DC 6530 was charged.

  2. Charging from solar :
    Choose 36V 100-400W solar panel, 42V open circuit voltage. Solar panel in the sun, then the solar panel Anderson male plug into the Anderson charging port, charge portable energy storage power products.

  3. Charging in the car :
    This product can be charged with a 29.4V car charger. Please start the vehicle before charging to prevent draining the car battery and prevent your vehicle from being unable to start. Meanwhile, please ensure that the car charger
    and the car cigarette lighter provide a good connection, and ensure that the car charger is fully inserted. In addition, if the vehicle is running on bumpy roads, it is forbidden to use the car charger in case it burns due to a poor connection.
    The company will not be responsible for any loss caused by non-standard operation.
    When the product is charging, the LCD screen will show the power and charging time in real time. When fully charged, the charger will automatically stop charging.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING

A photovoltaic panel as an input for charging the internal battery shall be provided with an inverter and/or a charge controller in accordance with UL 1741 or UL 62109-1;The external power supply shall be a power source in accordance with the Standard UL 60950-1 and CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 60950-1,or UL 1310 and No. 1, CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 223, or No.1,CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 223;A vehicle adapter that complies with the enclosure and input contacts requirements in the Standard for Vehicle Battery Adapters, UL 2089, and Power Supplies, CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 107.1. The connector plug shall incorporate a fuse or other protective device having a current rating not greater than 15 A.
INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. WARNING – When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
    a) Read all the instructions before using the product.
    b) To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
    c) Do not put fingers or hands into the product.
    d) Use of an attachment not recommended or sold by power pack manufacturer may result in a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
    e) To reduce risk of damage to the electric plug and cord, pull the plug rather than the cord when disconnecting the power pack.
    f) Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged ormodified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
    g) Do not operate the power pack with a damaged cord or plug, or a damaged output cable.
    h) Do not disassemble the power pack, take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
    i) To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the power pack form the outlet before attempting any instructed servicing.
    j) WARNING – RISK OF EXPLOSIVE GASES.
  1. To reduce risk of battery explosion, follow these instructions and those published by battery manufacturer and manufacturer of any equipment you intend to use in vicinity of the battery. Review cautionary marking on these products and on engine.
    k) PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
  2. Have plenty of fresh water and soap nearby in case battery acid contacts skin, clothing, or eyes.
  3. Wear complete eye protection and clothing protection. Avoid touching eyes while working near battery.
  4. If battery acid contacts skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water. If acid enters eye, immediately flood eye with running cold water for at least 10 minutes and get medical attention immediately.
  5. NEVER smoke or allow a spark or flame in vicinity of battery or engine.
  6. Be extra cautious to reduce risk of dropping a metal tool onto battery. It might spark or short-circuit battery or other electrical part that may cause explosion.
    l) When charging the internal battery, work in a well ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation in any way.
    m) Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause  irritation or burns.
    n) Do not expose a power pack to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130°C may cause explosion. The temperature of 130°C can be replaced by the temperature of 265°F.
    o) Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
    p) Attach output cables to a battery and chassis as indicated below. Never allow the output clamps to touch one another.
  7. Instructions shall include step by step directions for the proper use of the booster function detailing the correct steps to connect and disconnect the booster cables to the battery.
  8. Each step shall be a different numbered item.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Instructions regarding battery charging, temperature limits for appliance and battery use and storage, and the recommended temperature range for charging.
  2. Indoor use only power packs.
  3. Please charge it once every 3 months when not in use.
  4. Portable power station does not support simultaneous charging and discharging.
  5. Do not use one AC socket to connect multiple devices simultaneously.
  6. Due to the characteristics of battery cells, we recommended that the user put the power station on hold for about 2 hours after the full load is discharged.
