The product should be used with caution by the following groups

• People suffering from malignant tumors.
• People suffering from heart disease.
• People who have disturbance of skin sensation.
• People who have a wound in the waist and are unhealed.
• People who are under medical treatment at medical institutions.
• People identified as having lost temperature sensation.
• People with a body temperature above 38°( (fever).
• People who have perceptual impairment caused by diabetes.
• People who are pregnant or shortly after giving birth.
• People who need quietness and people who are in poor health.
• People who have lumbar sequelae due to traffic accidents.
• People who have metal, silicon or plastic materials injected into their bodies as a result of bone fractures or plastic surgery.
• People who have medical electronic devices in their bodies that are susceptible to the electromagnetic failures like heart pacemakers.
• People suffering from osteoporosis, severe fractures, sprain, muscle ache, acute (head) pain.
• People having the acute inflammatory symptoms, feebleness, aversion to cold, blood pressure changes and other symptoms and being in an intense or weak state.
• Do not use the product and other medical electronic instruments at the same time, such as cardiac pacemaker, artificial heart and lung and other life-sustaining medical electronic instruments, as well as electrocardiograph and other medical electronic instruments, otherwise it is likely to cause danger;
• If the high-frequency surgical equipment and this product are used on the user at the same time, burns may be caused at the electrode position of the massager, or the massager is likely to be damaged;
• Pregnant women and women during menstruation, patients having sensitive skin and suffering from heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, malignant tumors, cerebrovascular disease, and acute diseases, or other people under medical treatment should consult a doctor before using this product.

Precautions for Use

The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.

This appliance contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons.

Must be only supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.

Do not move the massager during use. If you want to change the position to be massaged, please turn it off first, otherwise there will be a strong stimulation;

It is recommended not to overuse the massage function.|

It is recommended to select the first level of intensity at the beginning of the use of the product.

If you feel pain in the waist or around the waist or abdomen, stop using the product immediately.

If you feel uncomfortable during use, please stop using this product immediately and consult a doctor.

The default massage time of each use is 30 minutes. Adjust the number of use according to the status of your waist and abdomen.

Your waist may turn red for a short time when using the product. This doesn’t mean there is a problem. If this symptom persists and cannot be relieved, please consult a surgeon.

Do not use the product in places with high temperature, flammables, electromagnetic radiation and humidity;

Do not use it while sleeping.

Do not cover with a quilt or blanket when using it.

Do not lie or sit on the product.

Do not bring huge impact and load to the product.

Do not use the product in a bathroom or a shower.

Do not exercise violently while wearing the product.

Precautions for Maintenance

Please properly dispose of the packaging bag of the product and keep it away from the infants.

Be sure to unplug the adapter from the socket before cleaning.

This product cannot be washed with water. Do not wipe it with corrosive chemicals or contact it with sharp objects. Just wipe and clean with a wet cloth.

The product has built-in lithium batteries. Do not disassemble or modify the product by yourself, immerse the product (controller) in water or toss it into the fire, otherwise the product is likely to be damaged.

Do not damage, modify, bend or pull the power cord with force. Do not place heavy objects on the power cord or squeeze the power cord.

Product Features

This product can promote blood circulation in the waist and relieve the muscle soreness and other symptoms through vibration massage and warm compress. Its built-in 3D support bar can stabilize the waistline, support the lumbar spinal cord and prevent the waist from excessive bending. This product is equipped with cold gel ice pack, which has a calming and relieving effect on muscle sprain injury. There are multiple modes, levels and temperatures available for choice. It is suitable for different people to use for waist massage and relaxation.

How to Use

Preparations Before Use

1. Check whether the device and accessories are complete.
2. Remove the accessories on the waist or abdomen.
3. Wear the massager on the waist and adjust it to a comfortable state.
   

Operation

Power Function Button

1. Press and hold the power function button for 2 seconds to turn on/off. After power-on, the massager will enter the wake-up mode, vibration level 1 and warm compress at 40°( by default, and the buzzer will makes a long sound of “drip~”. The status indicator turns orange, and the middle of screen displays the current temperature.
2. Press the power function button to turn on/off the heating function, and the buzzer makes a sound “drip~”. When the heating is turned on, the status indicator lamp ring turns orange; when the heating is off, the status indicator lamp ring turns blue.
3. The default timing of the product is 30 minutes. It is set to shut down automatically after 30 minutes of operation and enter the power-off state, and the buzzer will make a long sound of “drip~”.

Mode Adjustment Button

Press the button to switch the massage modes (wake-up mode- energizing mode- relaxing mode- soothing mode- massage off) circularly. During the adjustment, the corresponding mode display lamp will turn white, and the buzzer will make a sound of “drip~” for each adjustment.

Vibration Level Button

Press the button to adjust the vibration (level 1- level 2 – level 3) circularly. During the adjustment, the corresponding mode display lamp will turn white, the display screen will display the vibration level (L1-L2-L3), and then automatically switch to temperature display 2 seconds later. The buzzer will make a sound of “drip~” for each adjustment.

Temperature Adjustment Button

Press the temperature”<“,”>” buttons to adjust the temperature (40°C, 45°C, 50°(, 55°() circularly, and the display screen in the middle will display the current selected temperature. The buzzer will make a sound of “drip~” for each adjustment.

Lock Screen Button

1. When the device is working normally, press and hold the button for 2 seconds to lock/ unlock the screen. The buzzer will make a sound of “drip~” for each adjustment.
2. lf the hot compress function is turned on when the device screen in locked, the lamp ring will flash orange slowly.
3. lf the hot compress function is turned off when the device screen in locked, the lamp ring will flash blue slowly.

Charging

1. Insert the charging plug into the charging port on the side of the battery holder;
2. Plug the charger plug into a 100-240V-, 50/60Hz power socket;
3. When charging, the indicator lamp ring flashes blue like breathing until the massager is fully charged, then the blue lamp remains on;
4. It takes about 4.5 hours to fully charge the product.
   

When the battery remaining capacity is lower than 10%, the indicator lamp ring will flash blue quickly for 5 seconds. The buzzer will make a long sound of “drip~”, and the product will be powered off.

Power off the product before charging. Do not use the product while charging it.

Maintenance

Cleaning

1. Maintenance of controller: Wipe the massager with a dry soft cloth or a dry towel when it is dirty.
2. Maintenance of the fabric area: The fabric area should not be washed. Sterilize the fabric and remove the sweat stains with alcohol or wipe it with a clean wet towel for cleaning and maintenance.
   

During maintenance, be sure to unplug the power cord, but do not unplug the cord with wet hands.

Storage

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not put it in places with direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity.
• Keep it in a dry and ventilated place.

Disp osal

The lithium-ion battery used in this product is a valuable resource that can be recycled. Take out the lithium-ion battery when it is used up and discarded, and then hand it over to a professional institution that can recycle the rechargeable batteries for disposal.

Steps to remove the battery:

Pry open the transparent cover with an appropriate tool, unscrew the four screws with a cross screwdriver, and then take out the digital light bracket. Pick up the electronic board assembly, and then take out the battery pack (users are prohibited from replacing the battery by themselves).

It is prohibited to replace the battery by users themselves;

Be sure to remove the battery from the device before disposal;

The product must be powered off before the battery is removed;

The battery must be disposed of in a safe manner.

Troubleshooting

This chapter lists the most common problems to the product. If the problems you encounter are not included in the following tables, please call our service hotline or contact the authorized service center in your region.

Check  whether the Type-( charging cable is inserted in place. The indicator light will flash when it is correctly connected.
Normal display, but the user feels nothing at the time of massage| The default state is at intensity level 1 after power-on. Increase the levels appropriate ly for intensity adjustment
Touch the four massage areas with your hands in the power-on state. If there is vibration, it is normal; if there is no vibration, please contact the after-sales service
Normal display, but the user feels nothing at the time of warm compress| Adjust the massager position to fit the body to the heating area
After power-on, wait half a  minute and then touch the heating areas on both sides with your hands. If there is a heating feeling, it is normal;   if there is no heating feeling, please contact the after-sales service for disposal
The default state is at warm compress level 1 after power-on. Try to turn the warm compress temperature up appropriately.
If the product has been left unused for a long time, be sure to confirm that its functions are normal before using it again
Regular check| Check for the following faults| ln the event  of the above fault s, stop using the device immediately and cut off the power supply to prevent accidents. Please send  it to our maintenance center.

• Whether the power cord is hot
• Whether the power cord is deeply scratched or deformed, or has a burnt smell
• Whether there is abnormal sound or vibration during work
• Whether the product can work properly after switch on
• Whether there are other abnormalities or faults

Note:

If the fault cannot be eliminated or the product still cannot operate satisfactorily, contact the after-sale service personnel, and do not disassemble or attempt to repair it by yourself.

Warranty and Service

The product is a household appliance with exquisite design and high-quality component. Within two years from the date of purchase, you will receive free warranty service for any damage caused by the manufacturing process or components under normal operation confirmed by our maintenance service.

The warranty service does not include consumable components, transportation fee and door-to-door service.Please show the proof of purchase to the service personnel during maintenance.

You cannot receive free warranty service under the following conditions:

1. Damage by improper operation, such as improper components connection, improper installation, deprived of manual use, mis-operation.
2. Negligence and damage because of transportation or other accident.
3. Maintenance and modification without approval.
4. Other damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disaster, abnormal voltage, etc.).
5. Damage caused by general use outside home (e.g. industrial and commercial use).
6. Aging, wearing and tearing caused by normal operation of the product without affecting normal operation of the product.
