Ten steps to get “registration code”
- Turn off the watch (important step)
- Inset SIM card correctly (make sure the SIM card supports 2g network)
- Turn on the watch
- Wait 5 to 10 minutes (important step)
- Watch connects network (arrows up and down)
- Go to “Device info”
- Click “Register code”
- Open APP “SeTracker2” and login
- Scan the “registration code”
- Bind the watch with the APP
Troubleshooting
- If you can only see the signal, it means the watch can make and receive phone calls, but there is no network to generate the registration code.
- If you can see both signal and two arrows up and down, it means you can make and receive phone call, the watch can also connect local 2G network to generate the registration code.
- Sometime in some places especially indoors the 2G network is weak, so the watch is not able to connect with network. In this case, please go to a wide open outdoors, follow the above 10 steps and try again.
- When network is strong, normally it only take 2 to 3 minutes.
