Install the Link style app

Scan the QR code below to download and install the Link style app. Register a new account on the app if you do not have one

*Alternatively, you can also search for “Link style” on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to find the app

Important Note:
When registering an account in the Link style app, be sure to set the region to United States of America.

Preparations

Gather all devices involved and keep them in close proximity to your 2.4GHz router and one another throughout the setup process. You can move them to other locations within working range after setup.
Plug the Nexohub Multi-Mode Gateway into a power source and keep it plugged in in order for it to work.
Install batteries into the Water Timer.
Connect your Android or iOS smartphone to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (devices will not work with 5 GHz network)
Turn on Bluetooth connectivity on your smartphone.

Step 1 – Add Nexohub Gateway to App

Make sure the Nexohub is in setup mode, indicated by a flashing LED indicator.
a. If the device is not in setup mode, press and hold the Reset Button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator starts to flash.
Log into the Linkstyle app and go to the Devices page.
Tap the “+” button, then tap “Add Device”
The app will automatically scan for new devices to add.
Once the device is discovered, an icon will appear to represent the Nexohub device.
Tap on the Nexohub device icon and follow the on- screen instructions to complete setup.

Step 2 – Add the Water Timer to App

Navigate to the Devices page in the Link style app.
Tap the Nexohub Gateway in the app.
Make sure the “ZigBee devices list” tab is selected.
Tap the “Add devices” button.
Tap “Add new devices”
Make sure the Water Timer is in setup mode, indicated by a flashing red and green LED indicator.
a. If the Water Timer is not in setup mode, press and hold the on/off button on the water timer for 3 seconds, until the LED indicator flashes red and green
When the Water Timer signal is discovered, tap the corresponding icon on the screen, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup
